Seriously good service is not dead. I have having a rough day so much so I went to the wrong place to ship a bad product. Jacob went out of his way to just take care of it for me with no struggles and even gave me a coupon for the store. Seriously made my day! Will be going there from now on for anything I can get there.

Had 250 postcards printed. Quality of the cut just wasn't right. Brian agreed and had them printed in less than an hour later.

Just stopped in to the Staples in Midland Michigan. I had placed an order for 500 business cards the night before and was told they would be ready tonight. When I got there, the supervisor Jacob Szymanski said there was no record of an order. He knew that we had placed orders before, so without hesitation, he apologized for the mistake and proceeded to fulfill my order. He then only charged me half price and gave me a coupon for future use. What an amazing example he is for the rest of the employees there! He went above and beyond to make sure the customer was treated right and happy with the results. This is the kind of employee that everyone wants working for them! Thank you Jacob for your awesome work ethic and customer service!

Staff is super friendly and helpful every time I go in. My print order was completed faster than expected, and turned out beautifully! Will definitely order again.

Service was excellent, I had purchased an external hard drive yesterday only to discover the one I picked was incompatible with my system. I took it back in and they exchanged it for the correct model with no problems even though the mistake had been mine.

Best customer service! Karma (yes her name is Karma) went out of her way to make sure I was a satisfied customer after having problems with an HP printer I had purchased there. HP corporate was ridiculously difficult to communicate with when I tried to send the product back. Karma went over and beyond, after she herself also had difficulties with HP on fixing my issue. I switched over to the Epson brand and signed up for the 2 year warranty with Staples. I'll never deal with HP again. Thanks again Karma for trading in my product for a much better printer! I'll definitely continue to do business with Midland Staples!

Wow! That's All I must say! I went here to deal with the inconveniences of the UPS store closing at 7:00. I didn't have my label and Kristi helped me and got me all set to go free of charge. Definitely a great store!

Kristi in the copy center made my experience very delightful. She knew exactly what she was talking about. Was extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I will be doing business here again.
