Really nice, clean, and well organized Lowe's Home Improvement location! Staff was super friendly and directed me right to what was looking for. I also love the large section of DeWalt tools Definitely will go to a Lowe's over Menards or even Home Depot for this very reason. Nice store

I bought 34 sheets of drywall at this place. The cashier was very nice and even got a couple employees to help load them too. Excellent service. I'm definitely going back to get the rest of materials to complete the house I'm in the middle of remodeling.

This Lowes store in Midland Michigan has the best customer service ever! The associates are ready and willing to help and have a great attitude. A big shout out to Brent that works in the lighting department. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Shoutout to Lori, Rachel and Engel. Absolutely amazing experience and beautiful store. These ladies were so accommodating to our needs and made our visit so worth the drive as our local lowes had broken equipment.

Anytime I’ve been in this Lowe’s, every person has asked if I need any help! When I go to Hope Depot I have to search and search for help! I actually go out of my way to come here because of the costumer service and the 10% discount to veterans that is hassle free.

It was a good experience I ordered 255 pavers for my new flower bed my order was filled within a hour and was already for pickup the following morning. Garden center associates were very helpful (yes they helped me load them all in the truck) and friendly. Best deal with great customer service

I recently started going to Lowes over Home Depot. They simply have a better selection of misc. hardware at better prices.

They gave the farwell robotics team $400 to build and do things this robotics season, very much recommended for any hardware or tools

Definitely a positive YES , was greeted by employees and with a smile . Very helpful and friendly staff , asked questions and quick with getting an answer , I'll be going back even if it's a bit farther to drive .

Jeremy was absolutely awesome!! He noticed immediately that I was in over my head in the hinge isle and came over to help me. I needed 32 of an item and he went above and beyond to ensure I had the right product and he even counted it out for me. I would recommend him to anyone! Awesome guy that made my experience easy!

Honestly, my husband and I love going to Lowe's Home Improvement more than any other improvement store in the area. The store is clean, laid out well, and everyone seems extra friendly when we go in there- I cannot say that we've ever had a bad experience in this store. It just so happens to be my toddler's favorite store (he LOVES looking at EVERYTHING in this store) and staff has always been extra friendly to him. The only suggestion I could make would be offering to help load lumber- there has been multiple times we have bought a large amount of lumber (between building a wrap-around deck and a 16-box garden with fence) that was incredibly hard to load between my husband and myself (I have noodle arms so lifting is a bit hard). Even if someone just said "Hey, do you need help loading that?" would have been really helpful, although I do understand that with staffing concerns, this may be an issue!

Love lowes. Their was an older gentlemen working in paint today and he helped me so much. I had no idea what I needed and he was very knowledgeable about the paint.
