John the Verizon store manager here in Paw Paw Michiganis the best store representative we have had. I started as an Altell customer. John was able to get rid of all the viruses on my phone and explained ways to keep my phone safe. Thank you for choosing him to be your repenative of your company.

I’ve had to return to the store in paw paw several times for help on various issues and have always been helped quickly not having to wait very long and always took care of my questions & issues. Wonderful young man was very helpful each time.

Kai was exceptionally patient. (I mean, the poor guy had to transfer my OLD Google Pixel 2 😳information to a new Mini iPhone 13.) He has a great sense of humor. Jordan and Cody chimed in now and again and added to the amusement.
My husband and I waited at the Verizon store in Portage for over 30 minutes for them to tell us their system was down and they would call us when it came back up. UGH!
I am happy we ended up in Paw Paw instead. Very personable group of guys.

Nick was very patient quick and kind. They have a great team there.

Apon entering any store or shop. Keep in mind we are all humans doing our best. Don't be a Karen.

Cody Roberts was great to work with today. My oldest sons phone was destroyed And we had to purchase a new phone for him. We didn’t think we’d be able to recover anything from his phone BUT Cody was able to recover everything which was fantastic! Also, I’ll be meeting w Cody again soon to discuss switching our family plan over to a business plan which will actually be saving us Siamese money which is always nice. Cody was very informative and a pleasure to work with.

I called the Russel store looking for an aux cable. I was told yes we have that in the store. Once I arrived I talk to the man I talked to on the phone. At this point he recruited everyone employee in the store to my issue! I was trying to get my phone to hook up to my car( hands free calling). My guy Cody then said I will go out to your car and try to help!!! Absolutely amazing service!!! I got my cable to hook up my music. I wont go anywhere else.

I was greeted promptly upon arriving at the store. I did not need to wait in lines and after explaining what I needed the representative immediately started working on completing my order for my cell phone and had me out the door in no time at all. Great service!!!

Cody was very helpful and patience. Excited to get my new phone in. Very professional and friendly. It beat going into the big Verizone store. I will definitely do business here again and love promoting local. Thanks Cody

Very nice. Much faster service than the major Verizon store. Figured out a technical issue for me, on my new phone in seconds. Cause I'm technically impaired. I'll be back! But

I went in looking to get better service, and that’s exactly what I received! Jordan Ford was my sales rep, and he was so helpful, and stayed late to help me transfer all of my info.

Super helpful with my foreign exchange student and getting a working phone for her. Nick was personable and friendly. Lowered my bill too!

Hi switch to Verizon 2 months ago because they gave me a killer deal and they let me choose the best phone and then I just upgrade when a new phone comes out that's part of my program
