UniFirst Uniform Services - Appleton

Unifirst has been awesome! One of the companies that has uniform service has to stop service during the winter months and start up again come Spring. This process is flawless. And I can't say enough about our delivery driver Jason. Fantastic to work with. I don't even have to call the office anymore. I just let Jason know and it is taken care of.

We are very happy with the customer service we receive from UniFirst. Our representative, Steven, always does a GREAT job, he is super efficient. He is very friendly and we always enjoy seeing him.

Quality clothing and easy to work with. The manager NIC is amazing, really cares for his customers. They made a mistake on accident and he drover his personal vehicle after hours to fix the problem, now that is customer service.

Unifirst services the company I work for and for the most part we have had nothing but good experiences, with very few issues. One thing Unifirst could do better with is checking quality of rags and jeans before sending them out for delivery. As the issues we have had have mostly been due to poor quality of rags that have been unusable and we have had a number of uniform issues (zippers being a HUGE one) Our Route representative is Jason Young and he is wonderful. He is friendly, outgoing and he is very attentive to our needs and getting issues resolved in a timely manner. When we have issues, I now contact Jason directly rather than calling the office. Going through Jason directly has seemed to get the issue/concern resolved more timely and efficiently.

We've used UniFirst for a number of years and have experienced great customer service. Our deliveries are accurate and arrive on time. Jason, the driver, is always friendly and quite helpful. Thank you!

You can't give Zero stars or I would. If you read through the reviews on their site and see they charge you for items not delivered, they do. If you read reviews that say they randomly just don't show up and that it may happen multiple weeks in a row, it is true. They don't communicate with you they are not coming they just don't show up. Oh but expect to receive a bill for that week because you will most likely get one. My Techs were so tired of the poor performance that they opted to clean their own uniforms vs. using UniFirst. Then to top it off they presented a 5 year contract to a non authorized employee passing it off as a weekly invoice and got him to sign it. Not a good company to work with

We currently use their services and when they come every other week, they are charging us for items they are not providing or checking stock of. My Administrator called twice now and has yet to get any responses from their leadership. The last time my administrator called, she was forwarded to a Mike Conway. She called Mike Conway and he responded that he does not work for Unifirst, he builds firetrucks. Unifirst was called once again last Thursday for some resolution and it's been nearly a week with still no call back! Worst company ever!!!! FROM GREEN BAY WI

The company I work for never gets uniforms delivered on a frequent basis. We have been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get uniforms delivered. Some uniforms get returned with stains and are not cleaned properly. They are supposed to empty our shop rags but it has been a few weeks since those were empty as well. If I owned the company I work for I would never use Unifirst.

Keep getting charged for logo rug that they aren't delivering and no one answers the phone or responds to messages. I'll just call Aramark.
