Town Council Kitchen & Bar

2/3 update. Went back again and this time we sat at the bar. It was great to see how food is being prepared. Espresso martini was great. Mushroom Risotto was delicious. We had lamb stew and duck breast and both were just phenomenal! Definitely recommend this place and we will be going back soon!

Always a unique place with different food! We had the Valentine’s Day special of lobster linguine and New York strip. Great services too.

There was no part of the dining experience at Town Council we did not enjoy. Drinks were very good. Gnocchi appetizer was incredible. Food was amazing. We sat at the counter and watched them assemble everything. Chocolate bar dessert was yummy and the staff (Olivia) was super helpful and attentive. We will definitely become regulars.

Pork chop was out of this world good. I literally don’t know if I can ever order a pork chop anywhere else in the future due to this being so unreal. It is all downhill after this.
I love this place. So amazing. Service is fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed and engaging all at the same time.

Amazing cocktails, delicious food and wonderful service! We enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the chefs perform their magic! I’d like to return and sample some more of the menu.

Each time I have visited, something has been different on the menu, that is greatly appreciated to keep things interesting.

Twice I have ate here and twice it was the most delicious food I have ever eaten. The menu changes and there are items locally sourced, such as fresh mushrooms. The wait staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The chef obviously knows what they are doing and knows how to create the most fantastic dishes with more flavor than should be possible. It may be more expensive than other places, but it is by far worth it.

Aside from justifiable arrogance from some of the staff, this place was just about perfect, especially the craft cocktails and the food. So happy it was highly rated and came up as a suggestion on a simple Google search because this place just ranked number one in the Fox Valley area for my husband and I!

A must-go! We had a phenomenal experience here from the atmosphere, to our wonderful server, to the fabulous food. We ordered the ribeye and trout and would absolutely get those again. The beer selection is superb - a ton of options you can't find anywhere else around here, and the Old Fashioned's are excellent. While it's a pricey joint, it's definitely worth it for a special occasion.

Great food, with seasonal flare, fun cocktails and good service. Highly recommend, but make a reservation because seating is limited and demand is high!

A small local restaurant with great service, food, and overall experience! Definitely a go-to place for date night when you are in Neenah! A nice variety of drinks to choose from & side dishes are delicious as well.

A great experience here. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The atmosphere is really intimate.

Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night. The dining room is small and has limited seating. Dispite it being busy we were able to find a seat. We had the pork belly with kimchi hot starter. It was great, perfectly cooked and the kimchi had a great bite to it. I had the rib eye which was cooked perfectly medium rare and full of flavor. My 10 year old had the full baked trout and was in heaven. My wife had the pork shank and it was fall apart melt in your mouth delicious. The staff was amazing and attentive. I would recommend this establishment 100% top to bottom.

Didn’t have what I wanted (a Moscow Mule) we ended up ordering a charcuterie board. Really good - plenty for 2. We didn’t order dinner because really nothing appealed to us.

Thanks to a person at the EAA seaplane base i was directed to this amazing place. She said the chef was a childhood friend and had created something special. When I saw the menu, it was clear the chef knows his business. Atmosphere and food rivals some of the best places I have been in NYC and Washington DC. Wish we had a place in the Adirondacks as good. Look forward to next year. More often if I lived closer!

Without a doubt the best food in the Fox Cities. Amazing atmosphere, delicious cocktails. Some of the best meals we've ever eaten and one of our absolute favorite date spots. We're beyond lucky to have such culinary skills right here in Neenah. 🙌🏻😋

I'm far too picky of an eater to truly enjoy what this place has to offer, but the other 3 people with me were incredibly impressed. The pasta & dessert I had were delicious. The charcuterie boards were good. Staff was very friendly. Plan to spend some money though. It was a nice place.

Excellent service had the 3 meat speads and the charcuterie. Both where soooo good. Fast friendly service with lots ok knowledge about the menu. Will be back for dinner on date nights to come.
