Wayne Atwell is a con man, a thief, a liar and a disgrace of a human being. Do not do business with him. He will be responsive (better than anyone) until he gets a check from you. Then you are at his mercy and he won’t return calls or texts. His voicemail is full and he won’t answer your calls. And he certainly won’t do the work he says he will. He has a felony record a mile long and a bankruptcy in a business (TNA EX in Burt Mi) that is no longer registered yet he continues to advertise it. He is a complete fraud and disgrace to man kind. He should be in jail.

Wayne Atwell is a crook. He stole sand without replacing it with top soil as agreed. He did a driveway of sand instead of putting in a driveway as agreed. He piled sand around trees we asked him not to take down and killed about 8 of them. He cut trees down to about 5 foot stumps instead of pulling them completely out and covered them with sand. We had to hire another company to move the sand and the stumps he left behind, put in a real driveway, etc. we had to pay the new company almost as much as we had paid Wayne. He told us it would take 3 to 4 weeks; they started October 1 2015 and did not leave our property until April 2016. He did the grade at such a slope that the sides of our pond caved in, causing us another $4,500 to have it fixed. He was paid to do finish work for the house being built at the same time and did not do it with the right grade so it had to be redone and paid for twice. He dug us a pond and did not line it with the clay. It will not hold water. He ran his equipment into our electric pole, crushing our utility box, knocking out our power; didn’t bother to tell us. Later that day when we arrived to no power he said “yes we did that. I’ll be out tomorrow to fix it.” He never came after repeated phone calls and text messages. We had to pay an electrician to come out and replace the box and restore power. He filed bankruptcy in Dec 2015 and did not list all of his assets. He is the worst person ever. Don’t hire him!
