I cannot STAND most of the people on this feed. Most of these reviews are lies, more or less a moot rant from residents, where about half pay their rent on time, but still expect the world. The Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in this situation. Notice, when people don’t have jobs, don’t pay rent and blame all of their problems of everyone else, you get people that are unhappy with their own lives and complain about EVERYTHING. The staff here are very proactive in getting things done, they just take time.

We just moved in and have found that the community is really quiet and mellow. Leasing staff is very helpful. Oh, almost forgot the fishing is great!!

I've seen a lot of progress with some remodeling through out the park. Old trailers being removed and done make offers on the ones they can. Keep up the wonderful job y'all are doin. Been a long time coming

Looks like they're starting to clean the place up game are some of the bad trailers. They're also been patching the road in there too

Never new there was a place to go b private and have small gatherings in fun environment nice people
