I found the notes to be wonderful and reassuring during my testing. They had a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Parnell was reassuring and explained the results and options in a manner I could understand. Dr. Parnell is brisk but still friendly and is an expert and highly trained. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

She came across as confident and knowledgeable. She was willing to take questions and answer them completely. When I left her office, I felt much better about the fact that my particular situation was being handled well.

I liked the fact Kelly and her staff listened to me. Have several medical issues which I'm guilty for not taking care of myself. Appreciated her and her other staff members. Like I said I know I'm to blame. She's already has things up and going for me... I recommend her for a Star Neurologists. Being severely hard of hearing (SHOH) With hearing aids. She took her time and made sure I understood everything.

Dr. Parnell was exceptionally informative about all aspects of my recovery, far exceeding any information I had received in the three months since my stroke from Cardiologists, three other MD’s, too many NP’s. Dr Parnell ordered the proper procedures and all were implemented in 24 hours. Every other professional in my case failed miserably. The meeting with this Neurologist was the best information and experience in three months.

Dr Parnell is very thorough and explains everything in easy to understand language. She’s patient friendly, respectful, and addresses my concerns and questions.i’ve been very happy with her.

It was a great experience, Dr. Parnell is direct to the point. She is good at what she does and is very knowledgeable. She addressed what’s going on with me, I felt cared for.

What she has done so far with one visit has been amazing! I’m grateful for her and her staff I’ve met has been great!

Kelley put my mind at ease as well as my wife's. She gave us hope in what seemed like a hopeless situation. We felt for years that we've reached the end of the line but, Kelley made that feeling go away.

When first meeting her in the hospital, I loved her bedside manner. Easy to talk to, a good listener and got right to the point with terms we understood.

She was very kind and made sure that all of my concerns were looked at and addressed. She looked into the issues more instead of blaming them on my medication like most doctors do.

Well I was prepared for the worst as I had read reviews which were pretty brutal. How wrong they were were. Dr Parnell was friendly and direct. She was knowledgeable about my issue. She was right to the point about my issue. I highly recommend her. Her staff was friendly also.
