I went in there needing help fixing my iphone 13 and the young gentleman working "Andrew is his name"was actually from Brainard and he stayed nearly an hour after his shift helping me. He never wavered in patience and was very professional the whole time. I was really impressed!

Customer service was fantastic! I highly recommend this store! Tyler, the gentleman who helped my boyfriend and I, was really friendly, informative & clearly knew what he was doing.
Entering and leaving the store, Tyler, held the door open for us! I can open doors by myself, but I was very impressed with the chivalry. You don't see that anywhere! :)

My phone is acting really weird, went to Cricket and store isn't open? Store hours say it's open . . Really frustrating
Update: about 3 weeks later I had to go back again, this time I got help and was really happy with the service. The young man there told me I just shouldn't charge my phone so frequently, it was making the battery hot. Which I know is common. Since then, no issues. He was super nice, and I didn't have to buy a new phone, woo hoo!
