This company is top notch as well as the employees! Service technician was so helpful and explained everything so well. I appreciate the customer service from the call to set up appointments to the technician coming to my home. The water is amazing. After seeing the filter I am so glad I have this product!

The gentlemen who came for installation were very well prepared. They left our home cleaner than it was before, and they were very professional. Knowing I had skilled tradesmen in my home gave me confidence in the job my wife and I hired them to do.

Aquarius really does a fine job of customer service. We have a contract with them. They give us a call when it is time for service and show up as expected. Their work is very thorough, and the technicians are very friendly. Very happy with their team.

We don’t have great water and Kinetico makes it so much better! We were having a new recent issue and asked Aquarius Home Services/ Kinetico to check it out. Our technician, Art arrived on time. He was friendly, kind to our doggy, Peaches and most of all knew exactly what was going on and fixed the problem without any issues!

Dealing with Aquaruis was amazing! They have a friendly staff, who are fast and professional. Lots of communication via phone, email, and text to keep us up to date with appointment reminders and when to expect out technician. Our technician was friendly, nice, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed our issues in a timely manner and suggested ways to save us money on this visit and in the future. Really pleased with the work and the customer service!
