I come to this store very often to purchase all sorts of items from clothes to firearms. I have never had Issues with staff or management they are normally very polite. Recently I watched another customer try to return an item they claimed was defective bust most clearly had been extensively used and abused. Staff handled the situation well even when the customer in question was not. Some of the staff are active in the community and like to talk to you about some of their hobbies and passions.

It's not all perfect though, the store is indeed cluttered and sometimes its difficult to find what you are looking for. However this has improved since the store first was introduced to the mall.

In my opinion, the 1 star reviews are from disgruntled customers who tried to underhand the staff and managers and did not get away with it.

We had a young lady help us, didn't get her name, but she was quite short with dark hair. The store was very busy and she took her time to help us with shoes. She dug through the back to find a pair of hiking shoes for our summer trip.

I’m a hat freak and they always have a changing selection if fitted hats with great discounts. Firearms are priced fair and the sales they have are great.

This store carries alot of sporting good varieties. It is clean, organized, and well set up. It definitely benefits the community.

Best place in town to get college, professional and high school athletic wear. Good choices with prices to match.
