Paul Hartman American Family Insurance

Went into the office to take care of a billing issue. Lindy helped get it settled fast & correctly. Paul walked in & chatted for a few minutes. Always a great place that takes care of their clients. They treat us like family & good friends.

Paul Hartman went above and beyond in helping us get the best insurance to meet our needs. He was thorough and professional and took his time explaining what was included and what was not covered in our policies so we could be sure we had the best coverage. He spent time discussing options and offered suggestions based on our needs. We highly recommend Paul and his office and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Ashley and Paul were so patient answering all our questions and carefully helped us through our options. We haven’t bothered to update in many years because we thought it would be a tedious process. LeeAnn provided great service to my family in answering questions about our bill. She was able to credit our account when our app for our discount was somehow deactivated. She took the time to help us set up our app again and graciously applied the credit to our next bill. ADDENDUM TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Sadly, we had to use our insurance this week. We had a trailer for our JetSki stolen from a local storage facility.
I was truly at a loss for what do even do. The JetSki was at our house on the lift, we needed the JetSki brought to the dealership for winterization. One call to the Paul Hartman Agency and my initial thoughts about this company were reaffirmed.
Lindy took the reins and immediately assisted with putting my mind at ease. She began the claim for me, and gave me next steps that I would have to do. This was a completely painless process.
As she indicated, an adjuster contacted me the following day. Within one hour, I had a check in my hand for our trailer.
American Family Insurance is fabulous insurance…. But the Hartman Agency makes this insurance top-notch! Thank you, Paul and Lindy, for making an insurance claim easier than I ever imagined!

I had known Paul Hartman on a personal basis while using another insurance company. I knew how much he gave back to the Neenah community, and valued his honesty/integrity, so I decided to have him quote our home insurance.
I was floored by the personalized service that his agency (and American Family in general) provided. I had been with another large, national insurance company, but their customer service was nowhere near the caliber of American Family/the Hartman Agency.
When I received my homeowners quote from him, I almost fell over. It was literally $1000 per year cheaper…. WITH BETTER COVERAGE! Needless to say, in addition to switching our home, we also switched autos, “toys“, and our personal liability umbrella.
We are now in the process of selling a home and purchasing a new home. Throughout this process, Paul and his team have been there every step of the way to ensure that both homes are covered throughout this process.
I cannot say enough good words about this agency. I feel I am in fabulous hands should a tragedy occur.
