Randall's took excellent care of our nephew, who is limited in car care abilities due to medical issues. Randy took him home after he dropped off his car and picked him back up when the repair was complete. He lives less than a 1/2 mile but that's too far for him to walk. The work was done well, at a fair price. We also asked them to give the car a once over to make sure there were no pending issues that our nephew would not recognize, which they did. If we lived in the Menasha area, we would take our cars to Randall's without hesitation.

Randy was in touch throughout the whole job and was honest the whole time. Price was lower than expected as well so that's a nice bonus. Thanks again Randy!

Randall's is by far the best mechanic I've ever been to! Randy is super professional, very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to explain any issues they may have found. My husband and I will keep going back here for a long time. The price of repairs is cheaper than anyone else, Randy listens and communicates well with customers, his team does an awesome job. I hope we never have find a different mechanic. And thanks to him, listening to the customer, we had a harmonic balancer issue resolved. And for me being a woman, he DOESN'T treat me like I don't know nothing about mechanical work. (Thanks to my research, we found out that a previous mechanic had put on the timing gear on backwards, which was causing the harmonic balancer to stick out a bit and the serpentine belt being shredded with in a weeks time)

I was having some car problems in Menasha while traveling. Fortunately, I called Randall's Auto Haus and they told me they would be happy to look at my car for me! They diagnose what was wrong with my car and worked on it immediately as they knew I was leaving town. They provided me with EXCELLENT service at a reasonable price!!

Randall's Auto Haus simply put is just great. I discovered him about a year ago and have had my BMW in his shop twice for known issues and they have been nothing short of great. They are very accommodating, communicate well, and their pricing is far and away better than the dealership. I live in Appleton and will continue to drive to Menasha to work with them when I have anything more than a minor issue.
