American Animal Hospital

We absolutely love, American Animal Hospital, and all the staff! The doctor has such a passion for animals as well as all of the team members. They are absolutely phenomenal. Todd and Dani have a special place in our hearts. They are so knowledgeable and really do love what they do. I am one of those people who always asks a million questions and they have never once put me down and are always so informative.

Great veterinarians office. I foster kittens and deal with them kinda often. Service has always been good and time friendly. Along with the good service is friendly staff that explains and helps all you need. They even have a in house pet turtle and some candy on the counter for guests.. reccomended highly..

Dr. Bero and staff are amazing! We have lots of animals and the text/ email reminders are a GODSEND! Best service, care and pricing in the valley in my opinion. You really feel like family here.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude and love for AAH! I’m a crazy dog mom and tend to be on the anxious side when it comes to finding good care for my pups. Dr. Bero and his staff are the only people I trust 150% with my pups and their health. I’ve had my dog in for surgery twice to help in removing cancerous masses, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone to do it but them. They always make me feel valued as a client, treat my dogs with so much kindness, and are just so knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality vet care!

Also, special shout out to Todd. He always tells me how much he loves my feisty pup (she is not the friendliest and certainly has an attitude) and I feel so relieved knowing she has some extra love on her side when she’s at the vet (since she gets anxious). He is so great at comforting the pups and is so friendly! Having staff that remembers our dogs, cares about their health and comfort, and makes us humans feel confident in their care makes all the difference.

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Been coming to this place for years. They never made me feel pressured on a decision for my pets well being. Prices are good. They treat your pets as if they were their own.

We cannot say enough good things about this organization and how great they are. We were able to get in quickly with Dr. Bero with an urgent situation who provided expert care then have received excellent, professional, and compassionate ongoing care for our two rescue dogs from Todd and Dr. Sue. Our dogs are special needs with history of severe trauma and it is such a relief to have medical providers who are experts with dogs who are terrified of strangers. We are so glad we have found Todd who provides routine care! He is amazingly calming with them in otherwise high anxiety nail trims. We are so grateful to have found them and can't thank them enough for all they do. Our thanks to reception staff also.

I love the staff here. They’re caring & patient with our animals & friendly towards us. They are usually willing and able to fit us in for appointments within a week, which is always appreciated when your pets are sick. I also like that they host foster animals who are looking for their forever homes. Seems like a better environment for these guys to be than a shelter.

We had a great experience here! We recently moved to the area and chose American Animal Hospital to set up care for our cat. We brought him in for a routine check-up and vaccines and I thought the exam was super thorough. Everyone was very kind, super nice, answered all our questions, and did a great job explaining what they were looking for and gave us great tips. Glad we chose this place!

Dr. Bero is an excellent vet! I have been around to many clinics and vets with my animals and none have ever come close to the experience my dog and I have at AAH. Dr. Bero is knowledgeable, thorough, personable and treats my baby girl with such care and love. You can absolutely tell he has a passion for animals and belongs in this field of work. From the front desk staff to the technicians, I couldn't be happier with the treatment we receive here. Highly recommend!!!

Always the best. Tough job at times but they are Professional and caring.

We ADORE Dr. Bero and Todd. Norman might actually like them both more than he likes me. They have taken such great care of all of our cocker spaniels (and cat). We can’t say enough good things about them.

Absolutely amazing service. From the initial phone call to taking my puppy home it was knowledgeable helpful service from receptionist to doctors. I was working with Heather and she was amazing. Kept me updated with everything in a timely manner and treated my dog like it was her own absolutely amazing. Anyone considering this veterinarian I 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend.

Very compassionate when we had to put down our kitty. The Doc explained everything that was going on w her and that as old as she was, they could do treatments but the end result would be the same. We were sad to lose her but she gave us enjoyment for 18 years. Thank you all for being so caring.🤗

I just cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at AAH are. They treat me well, but the VIP experience my dogs get are out of this world. I had an emergent situation with our beloved Jefe and they found a way to help even when they were fully booked and so were the hospitals. They went above and beyond for our beloved dog.

Todd is the most amazing and helpful soul and truly loves our dog and advocates for him as if it were his own. If only I had a pediatrician I felt this strongly about for my kids!

I was devastated I wouldn’t have been able to help my pup and they jumped into action and really saved the day. And called every day- 2x a day to check on him.

The receptionist/tech that answered the phone was wonderful. I have an emergency situation with my cat and although they were not able to help immediatly, she was just wonderful. She spoke to me about the situation (not your typical. Involved other issues and concerns) but she actually listened and understood what was going on. She asked for my phone number and name in case she came up with another solution for me. Just so kind as I was dealing with a difficult problem. Thank you.

Dr Bero and Todd are the very best! They truly care! This place is a hidden gem and make you feel welcome! Best care and knowledge you can ask for. Arya loves going even if she has to get poke. Todd goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. Dr Bero does an excellent job explaining everything. I am thankful for our community to have such an awesome Veterinarian clinic and wonderful staff! ❤

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for the last year. I have been beyond impressed with the quality of care of both dogs have received. They have been in for not only routine care but also emergent care and the practice has been very accommodating and empathetic. I receive great advice and recommendations and am charged a very fair price for extremely high quality care. Enough can’t be said for the front office staff and what they juggle everyday ( and compassion they have)( you rock Shari & Dori-and I sorry if I spelled your names wrong) as well as the techs who are knowledgeable and genuinely care your for pets. They Doctors are both down to earth and knowledgeable about all different treatments and options available to recommend. Thanks to a great very cohesive team who can care your pet from start to finish!!!!
