I always come to this store for my auto needs. Staff is always good. There is a young man named Dillon and he stands out a little more because he is more upbeat. After a long day, and the night before a road trip, my headlight went out. I went to the store and Dillon helped me figure out the bulb and he repaced it for me. It helped me so much and really put me at ease. I greatly appreciate that my experiences are always good and I appreciate that Dillon went above and beyond to help me.

I went to this auto zone today to get a few things for my new ford fusion and was welcomed and helped with everything by a very nice lady with a jacket and glasses she made everything to easy and was so helpful and just went above and beyond she truely wanted to help and make sure I get everything I needed a younger guy also went above and beyond to try and get the paint pen I needed for my car I will definitely be returning this is my new favorite place for car parts I don’t think I’ve ever been helped so much with so much friendliness at a store before

Had a dead battery, store manager changed it for me. He was super nice and had a positive attitude, unlike my battery, even though my vehicle manufacturer decided to put the battery under the passenger seat.

Very helpful people when it comes to assisting with vehicles that don't require a lift to work on. Thank you guys for helping me out of a stressful situation.

Went to get Ignition Fob battery replaced for my Avalon, they get the fob apart, found the battery , INSTALLED THE BATTERY (!), and I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great service, great people. 2/20/2024, 10:30am. Thank you!!

I had went to the store to have my car checked because my check engine light has been on a man by the name of John helped me he came and checked my car told me what it was found a hose put it on my car saved me a nice little chunk of change really appreciate all his help he was very informational and super nice definitely go back there all the time

On December 10, 2023 I went to the AutoZone in Neenah on Commercial street to get my car battery looked at, because my battery indicator gauge showed that my battery was low. An employee (Dylan) said he'd be happy to help. He checked the battery and came to the conclusion that I needed a new alternator. I bought an alternator and was going to change it, and Dylan probably knowing I never changed one before, came out and helped me change it (he did 99 percent of it). Dylan was very knowledge about the parts and tool, and I learned a lot that day from him. I just want to say thank you for being so kind and helpful. I would like to also thank Dylan's boss for allowing Dylan to come out and help. I appreciate what they did for me that day. Thank you guys. Happy holidays.

Went in fully expecting to have to purchase a new key fob for my vehicle. Dylan took a look at my old one, and fixed it !! Saved me a small pile of cash between the new fob and programming. Thank you! Hope you enjoyed the cookies.

Stopped in to have my battery tested, it was failing. John at the store was incredibly helpful and courteous. He swapped out the battery in a timely fashion. Great store and staff. I highly recommend AutoZone!

I worked on cars a long time but when I called AutoZone of Neenah and talked to Wynonna, and she was very knowledgeable about the battery problems I was having. She than told me to come in and she would do testing on the battery, starter and alternator. So, I did and received the best service, and she changed the battery out like a pro. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the help I received from Gary at Autozone in Neenah, WI. I had an engine light on and a misfiring engine. Gary scanned for a code and found two cylinders misfiring. He told me exactly what to do to further diagnose the problem. Gary correctly diagnosed that I needed an ignition coil on one cylinder, and a spark plug in another cylinder. I did what he said and my 2005 Lincoln Town Car is running like new!

I never would have fixed this problem so quickly and economically, without Gary and the rest of the staff at Autozone in Neenah, WI. I am grateful beyond words.

Went in with what turned out to be a fried alternator, worked with Todd the parts manager for over an hour to troubleshoot it and figure out what exactly had gone wrong with my vehicle. Todd was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable the entire time and hooked me up with the right parts and some money off for being a repeat customer. S+ customer service at this autozone, I highly recommend shopping here.

I had a brake light out and went to buy a replacement bulb. Upon entering the parking lot, one of the employees was outside and I asked for him to help me confirm which light was out. He actually seemed happy to help me. He confirmed which one was out (and made sure my blinker light wasn’t out) and took me into the store to get the right bulb. He looked it up to double check. He took it upon himself to say he get the new one installed and get me on my way. It was tricky to get to my light system and he gladly removed 2 separate components to access the light area. I was beyond happy ( this would have likely taken me more than and hour or two to try and replaced myself). I’ve been in customer service for 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the service John S. was willing to give. He genuinely wanted to help me. Wow! Does not happen a lot these days! I tried to give him a cash tip and he wouldn’t accept it. This was my first time at this store and it will now be the one I and my husband go to for any kind of auto need. Thanks John S. You did a wonderful job and should be commended for it!!! Thank you!

Driving thru the snowstorm the other night, my front headlight burned out. Scary and dangerous situation! It was such a relief to go to AutoZone, and have a friendly and competent person help this 67 year old woman out.
Thank you Zach for your assistance, I wouldn’t have been able to reach the light for replacement. Within 5 minutes, my headlight was fixed.

Hats off to this great place that helps those that aren't knowledgeable on car mechanics. My battery died in my driveway. I had roadside assistance jump the battery in my car. I then drove a mile to Auto Zone. They tested my battery which was out of life. Then replaced my old one for a new one. I was in & out 1, 2 ,3. What awesome service.

Had a turn signal bulb out, Auto Zone attendant did not hesitate to replace. I tried to give a tip, but could not accept. This place is awesome and helped an old lady out. Thank you.

It still holds true yet today...it's the little things that can have a big impact. Upon entering this store I was greeted with a smile..a very helpful attitude...and a knowledgeable young man named Josh. In less than fifteen minutes he did a trouble- shoot ... located what I needed to fix the problem within the store....then Josh went above and beyond the call of duty AND got the tool needed to replace the part. In addition...I left feeling guilty because I was not charged any labor costs.... nor would he accept a tip. Thank you so very much.
