They listened to my wishes with the flowers I had ordered. Along with pairing them with the other flowers that were already ordered. They did a absolutely amazing! I was shocked seeing how beautiful the bouquet was.
Will definitely be ordering flowers from here again.

This store is great! Jane is such a great owner. Always smiling and social. There are always such nice plants, arrangements and gifts. My husband buys me flowers every year for my birthday. I always look forward to it!

Helpful and quick

My order was delivered on Valentines day when I requested Friday Feb 16th in my order. The anniversary of my dad's death is the 16th so I wanted my mom to receive roses on THAT day, not Valentines day. Also I ordered plain red roses pictured online. I didnt want anything added to it. Especially not a red and white poka dot bow when it was for a thinking of you somber day.
Please don't add things that weren't asked for. There is a reason we pick what we pick.

Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered a day earlier than what I selected on the mandatory choice of date on the online order form. This day was selected because I would have family around to come pick them up, because of what did/could go wrong with weather or destructive pets. When I called to try and resolve, the owner replied with excuses saying that they called a few times before delivery, which I had picked up and said hello twice and both times was hung up on. She told me it must have been my phone’s fault because they didn’t hear anything - pretty sure it wasn’t- I have a brand new IPhone and have never had that happen before. She also said that they had a massive amount of deliveries that weekend (totally understandable) so they deliver early if they can. Personally, I don’t think there should be a $10 delivery fee charged if the flowers aren’t planned to be delivered on the date chosen, despite having a lot of orders. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Sadly the flowers were delivered a day earlier than what was chosen on the mandatory online order form. The date chosen was to ensure they could be picked up by a family member and not be ruined by pets or weather and sadly the delivery date was ignored.

Customer service was not the friendliest.
