Mixto Fresh

We always have great food and service at Mixto. They are a quick and easy stop for people traveling on I-90 during the week.
The gyros are phenomenal! My favorite is the Hawaiian which they make with no onion for me due to a food sensitivity.
The pepperoni pizza is made on their delicious flatbread dough. It is the best kids menu pizza my daughter has ever had. They even had a non-soda, non-water option for my carbonation adverse child! The parrots (not live) that are “hidden “ around in the rafters are another kid delight.
The selection of unique flatbreads and gyros make Mixto a must stop for locals like us and those passing through our fair city.
Fair warning, they are not currently open on weekends. I’m guessing staff shortages like everywhere else.

Very laid back. brightly lit and easy to read menu, friendly staff, really crisp, delicious food. An unexpected gem, especially considering we stopped on a whim.

The selection is great, especially for people who are trying to eat healthy. I had a gyro, my traveling companion had a bowl. Both were delicious. It's super clean, with a contemporary vibe. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Back in September 2021 we visited Austin and stopped in to pick up some salads to go. Amazing!!!!! Service was great and the salads were so good. I typically do not care for chicken in my salad but gave it a try by the look of the ingredients and truly was one of the best salads ever. The only issue we had was we live north of the Twin Cities and were unable to give the rest of the menu a try during our two days there since we had not discovered Mixto Fresh until our last day there! We’d love for Mixto Fresh to open in the Twin Cities area!

We had an excellent meal! The lamb/beef gyro was full of fresh veggies and very tender meat. The restaurant was very clean and looked relatively new. If I lived here I would visit often.

Best gyro we've had ..such fresh fresh bread and ingredients.. hearty portions.. also tried a Flatbread and was again. Amazing.. soo fresh unique flavors.. soo delicious will go back many times

I love Mixto! Great gyros, flat bread pizzas and build your own bowl. I love that I can get quino because I don't eat rice or lettuce. Lots of fresh veggies to choose from and a selection of sauces.

Had a lamb Gyro! Super fresh, the perfect size with a bag of chips for lunch. Was delicious! Will most definitely be back to try one of their fresh bowls.

Wow!!! Great food and service was even better. Husband and kids agree this is our must stop when we travel through Austin. They catered to even the pickiest, plate turner who didn’t leave a scrap left over. Simply amazing.

This was a great place to eat! I was on a road trip, and was looking for a place right off the highway that would be healthy and tasty, and Mixto was just that. Friendly staff, fresh, high quality ingredients, and delicious food!

Tasty lunch options that are fresh and healthy! I recommend getting a rice bowl with the ginger dressing! Also friendly staff. And a nice place to eat in!
