Great place to shop. Had a bit of everything

Has tons of stuff needed for DIY home improvement. My Lab, Cinder, loves it even more. They're dog friendly and great with my dog. I have to keep her from going behind the checkout trying to steal treats as they always have a stash at the cash register. And the staff are knowledgeable with what they sell.

Runnings is a go store when you're looking for a special dog food or the special part you need for your farm operation you'll most likely find it here. We actually needed a freezer and found it here.

They have a great variety of items. Excellent quality of clothing. All at a decent price. Nice patio furniture currently on display. Highly recommend.

The employees have so much knowledge and one of the employees help.me.with mu home assignment that consists of certain tools.he knew exactly what I needed and knew the test amazing. As a black man it's hard to get stores to help.but he was a natural and really cared about what tools I needed and he even gave descriptions on how.to operate the tools. He treated me as a human being and ill always thank him

Always find what I need and then some at runnings. I very much dislike shopping with my husband because he wants to look at everything and I mean everything.... let's look at farm supplies when we live in town and clearly do not need a chicken coup! He could spend hours looking at the clothes, boots and tools where I am a get in get out don't spend more than ya have to kinda girl lol

The Manager “Michelle” at Austin MN Runnings, gave me the correct tomato plants today and let me choose which plants I wanted to fix the unexpected mistake. Was a bit tough finding a spot to plant them but I figured it out :) Thank you so much Michelle for your kindness and help! I now will have a nice harvest for canning my tomatoes!

I bought “Super Fantastic” tomato plants from Runnings Austin MN and they are not them. They are cherry tomatoes I now see and I now cannot can them for the winter like bigger tomatoes l do every year. Wasted money… The growth of the plants though are nice. I’m just now doomed for my winter supply of whole canned tomatoes. I trusted them!!

First trip to Runnings, as we were visiting our new granddaughter. Went in to look around and see what you had.
We have two Treager Grills and our large one quite working after 10+ years. We met Kenny and what service. We weren’t sure if it would fit under our bed cover, so he went and measured the box. We weren’t sure, so he went outside to the truck to measure our truck bed. It would not fit, but he suggested a way to make it work. We came back the next day, bought a freeze drier also and Kenny got two others to load the grill and drier into our truck for the 5 hour plus trip home. Kenny was amazing and we will be back on our next trip to see our granddaughter.

Great fast service. I love going there the employees are so nice and helpful.

Went to Runnings with nothing in mind to buy and was very surprised by the stock they carried. I actually left there buying quite a few items that I had been thinking about buying. I will definitely be including Runnings in my future places to buy my stuff.

Great store with fantastic customer service.
I purchased a new lawn mower and after using it wished I had purchased the larger model. Was able to exchange for the other model without any problem.

Runnings is a pet-friendly source for all your basic household or hobby farm needs. In comparison, they are a smaller retailer than Fleet Farm, but offer all of the same high quality items in a local setting. The retail workers here are friendly and knowledgeable about where items are located.

If you do not have a mask when you enter the store, there is a table with disposable masks available for your use. I appreciate their efforts to follow the state mandate while still providing quality service with a smile.
