Very nice workers, usually know things I want/recommend stuff, and overall just a good place 🩷🦄💨

I work as a cook, sometimes the only cook and need to get a little boost. I don't like energy drinks anymore, and all the clerks were so helpful and even noticed I was losing my voice and recommended a ginger drink they had. Love the friendly smiles everytime I walk in.

There knowledge is a compound of over 20 years in the industry. Everyone has a unique style of sale for whatever your purpose. From consumables to glassware. Always stocked. Everything in its place. They work hard at keeping all of the favorites in and what a flipping crew. They are vetted as it gets they treat everyone the same from vets to people with pets what a place to be. Always busy but they have a way of calming the storm through jokes. Everyone's always welcoming and seem to be as genuine as it gets. They have the best staff I have met from anywhere in Austin. Quality service fair prices and a smile to boot. This is the one stop shop.

The staff is super polite and helpful! I have a vape mod that isn't working and they told me to bring her in and they will do their best to fix it. (Haven't taken it in yet due to my own forgetfulness) always quick as possible, friendly and knowledgeable!

This is an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. They have a large variety of every little thing.

Staff are very friendly and there is also lots of options on everything. Best part was there menu for vape juices makes it much easier to choose something new when most of the time I can't read the bottles from behind other stores counter. Will definitely be stopping by again next time I'm in Austin.

EVERYTIME I shop there, the employees ALWAYS take the time to answer all my questions when Im buying something new!!
