I have had an incredibly positive experience at Panetta since November. Steve Wiley has been my therapist with a wonderful
Team of Assistants here to aid in my pain recovery.
To start I had a thorough history and evaluation done.Steve thought PT for my tears in my right rotator Cuff and long bicep
Tendon could be strengthened to
Relieve my pain rather than surgery.
After my MRI and a visit to Hospital for Special Surgery for an additional evaluation a top
Orthopedic agreed Physical Therapy was the right choice .
I am graduating as of today pain free with great notes of Exercises I can continue at home

I will miss this wonderful environment!

Steve Wiley and his team at Panetta Physical Therapy have been an absolute God sent in my life. Finding out you need surgery on your elbow when you are active person is not the easiest news to hear. Steve and his staff was with me every step of the way, strengthening my body with physical therapy before the surgery as well as during the recovery process. His expertise and support not only got me through a very challenging time physically but also emotionally. Despite a very busy schedule he always makes time for his patients, providing the tools they need to ensure a speedy recovery. His personalized approach to therapy and dedication to his work is second to none. I am forever grateful for Steve and the staff at Panetta and highly recommend them as a five star physical therapy practice.

I have had the absolute best experience at Panetta physical therapy! Every therapist is so incredible and knowledgeable. I’ve Seen Steve, Josh, and James who all feel like family, they are always able to find availability around my schedule. I used to see them for low back issues and continued throughout my pregnancy as they were super accommodating, and were able to relieve all my aches and pains! I don’t think I would’ve survived pregnancy without them! I’ve Referred both my parents and husband and even friends who are all so happy with their treatments as well. I’ve worked with so many PTs but finally found my forever spot. I travel from the city just to see them! Love it here and highly recommend to anyone considering therapy! You don’t even need a prescription to get started! (depending on your insurance)

I have worked with a lot of physical therapists in the past and I highly recommend the team at Panetta in Roslyn. I worked with Steve who is super knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. But the whole team there works together to provide top client service. Josh and James are also excellent as is the whole team.

Stephen was my therapist. I came in with a frozen shoulder(adhesive capsulitis). When I started, I had very limited motion, couldn’t raise my arm, buckle my bra, wash my hair, etc. I started in late September and less than 3 months later, I’m able to do all those things. Stephen’s approach is direct, he attacks the source of the problem and works to increase motion. The staff is equally positive and accommodating. Highly recommend

PT and Roslyn clinical director, Steve Wiley, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He treated the pain and limited range of motion in my neck. The hands on treatment and exercises prescribed increased my mobility, allowed me to sleep, and helped me on the path to healing.

Jennifer at Panetta Physical Therapy is absolutely an amazing physical therapist. Jennifer (and her team) took great care of me - she was so attentive to my injury and concerns, took the time to explain the treatments and provided me with home exercise and tool to help me make progress. I would not have recovered from my ankle surgery so quickly without Jennifer - THANK YOU! Last but not least, the facility is great and all the staff are super friendly and kind.

This is a great place to go for physical therapy, very knowledgeable staff, and a nice large area to accommodate everyone who comes in.
They do a good job having enough people for everyone who's doing therapy so you don't feel like you're being ignored.

My only real complaint would be against whomever owns the business, in that there's fairly high turnover because they don't seem to pay their staff enough.
This is sad to me, considering how skilled the therapists are, and how well they've treated me.
I hope they see this and decide to improve things for all the great people who work there, before no one wants to anymore.

Philip Balcer is a great physical therapist. As my first time in therapy, he was excellent and I felt well taken care of. The entire staff was very friendly and I would absolutely go back again.

I was very impressed with your facility and caring staff. Dr. Phil is a proficient therapist. His patience and expertise are beyond compare. I am now pain free and able to get on with my life

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and I have a great experience every time. Joshua Shapiro is an amazing physical therapist who truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond every time. I would recommend Panetta in Roslyn to anyone needing physical therapy and I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you to Josh, Russell, and the rest of the staff for helping me in my recovery. I have made more progress in two months than I ever thought possible. You guys are the best!!

Panetta PT and Bryan helped me so much in recovery for a very difficult injury I had. Bryan was great and attentive, always taking the right measures he believed would help me recover to peak fitness and was a very nice and personable guy. I looked forward to every session as I always felt the improvement with each session. Everyone in the clinic was friendly, helpful and patient which really goes a long way. Bryan at Panetta PT is definitely your man if you are looking for a great physical therapist who will get you back to 100% as soon as possible!

Highly recommended. Referred to Panetta PT through an acquaintance. Had a nagging hip/glute pain that would not let up for weeks and eventually decided to go to Panetta at their Glen Cove location. Steve was able to identify the underlying causes of my injury (hip tilt/unevenness causing tendonitis) and worked with me to correct my behavior and then rehab the injury. Three months later, and I am fully rehabbed and ready to resume my normal workout routine. Steve and Josh both were so instrumental in helping me develop new routines to get me on the mend, and I couldn't be more grateful for both of them.

Just finished a phenomenal round of therapy for my shoulder. The therapist was so helpful. She gave me specific movements to increase my strength and flexibility. I practiced the movements at home and in the gym in between sessions and made rapid improvement. Her assistant was extremely knowledgeable as well, and very patient.
The therapy room is divided into treatment and practice with both being immaculate.
I would highly recommend this special place, as their people are extraordinary and will rapidly bring you to a place of healing and pain-free movement.

Panetta in Roslyn has the best physical therapists i've ever worked with. I have been a patient here after a knee surgery and then for bells palsy. I specifically worked with Jenn who was an amazing therapist. She was patient with my million questions, compassionate and such a great energy to be around. There was a few times I worked with the other therapists in the office who were also all amazing. They always continue to follow up with me and see my progress even if they are not treating me directly. I am so grateful i found this place and so grateful for the awesome therapists here. Also, Kayla at the front desk is always so helpful and so nice. She always helps work around my schedule and makes sure to get me in every week! If i could rate more than 5 stars I would.

When I had my hip surgery I didn’t think I’d be anywhere near the level I was playing at. But thanks to the dedication to Phil, rich and all the crew, they really helped me get back to where I needed to be in order to continue my collegiate career. Still a long road to go but Philip and crew put their full effort into making you recover 100% with no setbacks and if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t even be walking yet.

Panetta Physical Therapy is a fantastic place of business. They very much care about you as an individual and want you to get better as soon as possible. Last year I had an accident and fell pretty hard, messing up my neck and back. The therapists, and also the aides themselves took great care of me and helped me to get to my best self in no time at all. I left with tools and suggestions to help me going forward on my own. I highly recommend any of the therapists there as they all have special ways to get you better fast. Thank you so much to Panetta!!

Going to Get a hip surgery at a young ripe age I was very scared about not Being able to return to hockey. I spent copious amounts of time searching for a place to rehab until I stumbled across the name Phillip balcer through a friend. Starting with Phil it was at first a bit scary for me but me and him immediately made a connection which made going to Pt over the last couple months the best part of my week. Not only with me, I have noticed Phil is also very friendly and enthusiastic with his other patients as well no matter the age. He is a very friendly guy with a very cute dog. Besides that, he has found a way to make every exercise fun for me while it increases my strength, mobility and balance. Everyone else in the office is also very friendly and helpful, shout-out my guy rich. Nonetheless everyone in that office is very friendly providing me and everyone else who attends a great experience. If it wasn’t for Phil and panetta PT I don’t think I would have recovered faster than I have expected

I had come to Panetta with some back pain I’ve been dealing with for the past couple months. It got to the point where I had to give up any exercise for awhile. When I first arrived to the office, I met with Bryan, a physical therapist who works there, and he was able to evaluate and come up with a plan for my lower back pain. Throughout my treatment Bryan, along with the rest of the staff at Panetta had been amazing. There was always a very friendly environment, in which any questions or concerns I had was being addressed. I really felt the difference week after week and I’m finally at the point where I could get back to doing what I love. I highly recommend Bryan and the Panetta staff as I could really feel the impact they made on my life.
