Very good experience shopping at Lazy Boy! They have a very large selection of beautiful furniture at decent prices. I would definitely recommend shopping there. Staff is also very helpful and not pushy at all.My sales person, Shawn Hockenberr was very knowledgeable with all the products and answered all my questions and concerns.

We found the perfect recliners for my husband and I . We chose the fabric and comfort to suit each of us. I’m getting a Rocker/recliner and ny husband a wall a way. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our purchase.We can’t wait to get them😀

We needed a new La-Z-Boy as the one we bought maybe 15 yrs ago had become urine smelly due to our dog. So we went back to the same store as before. We were greeted by Nicole and we started to look at choices. We picked one. Got good advice about protecting our choice from future pet activities. It’s a good store and a good, made in America product.

Great experience, I had an idea of what I wanted. Went in and they pulled fabric sample for me to look at and placed my order. Was quick and easy. Now I'm excited for it to get delivered in 4-6 weeks.

I had an extremely bad experience with another retailer delivering a broken replacement. So we went directly to La-Z-Boy to look for a new sofa because I was fed up. I explained this to our Dagestan, Shawn, and he let us explore on our own without hovering. He was readily available when we needed him and we ended up buying something. Very pleased and as long as the service is the same way we'll be a forever customer!

I have to say I’m very pleased with La Z Boy in Henrietta, NY. Even with some things going wrong with delivery (a broken chair) they have been so great to work with. Thank you Courtney for putting the customer first! The quality of the sofa and chairs is top notch, and we used their in-home design service to help us select a warm and cohesive room. A+

I liked how customizable all the models were. We got a sofa and could select exactly what fabric, power options, and even whether or not we wanted a remote. The staff were friendly and patient.

We were very happy with the help we received choosing the right furniture for our room. Our salesmen, James, was very helpful in showing us our options and Karrie came to our house with fabrics and a computer generated layout so we could really see what everything would look like in our room.

My entire living room is Lazboy! I’d never buy furniture anywhere else! Quality is amazing and Sales force goes above and beyond!!! Manager is the best . Answered all questions honestly . Prices are excellent especially considering if you choose you will have furniture forever . If not trust me you can re sell it.

Friendly knowledgeable staff willing to take their time helping you. Right now they are in the middle of remodeling the store so not as many choices in there. Bought their furniture in the past with great results.

We visited the Amhurst store looking for recliners. The associate we worked with, Richard, was great! He listened to what we wanted and offered options. No high pressure! Looking forward to getting our new recliners!
