Had to ship something overseas and had no idea how to do it. George and Sebastian were very kind and very professional with me. They walked me through the entire process and were very patient with all of the questions I had. Definitely my go to place for my shipping needs.

More times than not when you go to a UPS store to make a return the line is long and the employee(s) move awfully slow. I usually dread going. Tonight, Sebastian was working and he was awesome! It was the absolute most awful experience with customer service at Amazon. It was the exact opposite at the UPS store with Sebastian. He was kind enough to tolerate and help me and my children through what should have been a 2 minute visit that turned into a 2 hour visit. He was not only helpful with my large and costly shipment but caught a major error on QR codes from Amazon that would have lost half the amount of money in my order. I was in the store for over two hours on the phone with Amazon customer service fixing the issue. He was very patient and kind to myself two rambunctious toddlers and was able to keep up with all of the other customer. Thank you Sebastian! Please give this man a raise and praise!

Sometimes you go to a post office, FedEx, or other UPS Stores and it’s like the DMV - totally bogus! Well that’s not the case here. Every time I go in there it’s a great experience. Tonight I returned a coat I bought my girlfriend. I was in and out of there in less than two minutes. Sebastian handled the people in front of me who were searching online and politely helped me off to the side while they were looking for something. Class act.

It’s the people that make the experience. I live near this location and Sebastian always makes you feel like you’re not at a DMV, and that you are acknowledged, that your time is money, gets you in and out! Great dude with a positive attitude and a vibe that makes you feel happy you made the decision to ship with UPS. Will always prefer this place to mail any of my parcels.

Initially this review was going to be a 2 star but George was able to resolve the mistake that UPS made when marking my package. I was refunded for the error and George went above and beyond to contact me.

Service was quick and pleasant!

I always use this UPS store because it is near work. Normally I go in, there is a line, the employees are busy, and agitated. They have never been disrespectful, just irritated with the volume of people. All the employees are great and helpful. Today I went in, kind of unprepared as usual. I was sending a small package for a return. I was going to purchase an envelope. Sébastien the employees said just use the box I had and save a few bucks, right on. He was very helpful today, and I appreciate his positive attitude. Thank you Sébastien
