I have never gone into this store and walked out with the wrong part. The staff is extremely helpful and they are very kind hearted; not to mention knowledgeable. Imagine an answer not based off of a search engines results. Next time you are price shopping truck or car parts don’t forget to check out Napa auto parts. Now they are my go-to.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a transmission pan, while it was going to take 2 days before other chain automotive stores could get it in, these guys had it ready for me when I walked in the door. Excellent service and assistance!

No one could find the part there were only 3 left in the United States and when we found 1 they sold it just before we called but that didn't stop 1 employee at Napa his name is Jim he found the part I needed and I got it 2 days later awesome this guy Jim is the best at his job I've ever known.....

Staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. Always got the right parts when I need it at a good price. Even carry replacement parts for my motorhomes generator. Big plus for me! Thank you

Had the right belt unlike auto zone 4 trips no call when parts were in. And auto zone didn't have a correct belt.. For now on I chose NAPA
