Pink Pig Boutique & Cafe

We loved Debbie! We had a big group of 10 and she happily accommodated us and let one of our friends help her out making our breakfast sandwiches.

Debbie was stellar. She was above and beyond! We came in, a pack of 10. Hungry, coffee deprived, and cold. She made us feel warm, made us laugh, was very welcoming and opened up her kitchen as if it was our own. She even gifted us a little syrup and took pictures with us. | 10/10 recommended the pink pig cafe! -

We came to Essex for a weekend trip. We went to the Pink Pig every single day, multiple times a day during our stay. The food was delicious and the boutique had beautiful items featuring women owned businesses. The owners were great to talk to, very funny, and all around wonderful! Would definitely come back here!!

Went to the Pink Pig after a recommendation from my AirBnB host. Stopped to get breakfast on the way to Vermont and what a delight. The boutique was absolutely amazing, the variety of stuff you can find in this place is pretty awesome. From bars of soap, to pictures and clothing. The breakfast portion was better than expected, and I should of got another sandwich on my way out. Being from New Jersey, I missed the attitude and character the owner presented. She was awesome to say the least, bold and brash. Just the way I like them. Thank you for having us !

Fantastic cafe. We were traveling with a little baby and this place happened to be on the way to the ferry to Burlington. Not only the food and coffee are top notch (in fact the best we experienced in our entire trip!), but the owner is a very nice woman who gave us some background about the town of Essex. Highly recommended! We tried the drip coffee and the quiche which were as I mentioned simply fantastic (see photo attached). Definitely, take a stroll along the waterfront of Essex if the weather permits - there is a nice park overlooking the water 300 meters away.

Beautiful little shop and coffee house. Debbie puts her heart and soul into this place and her cooking... The shop is full of beautiful and unique trinkets and clothes... One of my favorite places to go!

Best sandwich in town! Great bread and cookies, eclectic boutique. Wonderful coffee/chai/espresso service. Proprietor is 75% of the charm.
If you are getting off of/waiting for the ferry to Vermont, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't regret it.

We had a great time today at the Pink Pig. The food was delicious! Recipes with a delightful twist. The cold brew coffee is unbelievable, best I ever had. We were told it was brewed for 16 hours. The owner was very nice and talked with us for awhile. She even invited us back for a free drink tonight at the Tavern next door. Lovely experience!

A boutique and small Cafe next to the Pink Pig furniture and jewelry store. Hand crafted breakfast sandwiches with a twist.

The coffee was very delicious and well made. Everything we purchased had a ton of flavor and fit in with the upstate New York vibe.

The cafe is a small shop and sells local made maple jams, butters, dressings and mustards.

Stopped in while on a bike ride around the lake. Made it in time to grab a delicious bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. It was very good and hit the spot. The staff was very nice and helpful. Cute little boutique shop that had some nice looking stuff, but unfortunately I had no room to fit anything so I wasn't able to pick something up. If you are in the area and like looking into cool local shops, be sure to check this one out.

Vacationing in the area. What an amazing cafe. The owner is so cool! She knows a lot about the area and is super helpful and entertaining. Will be visiting again!

Must stop by when driving in or through Essex. Deb, the owner, was absolutely gracious as she told us her story and about the town. The Ping Pig consists of a cute cafe along with a shop with many cool antiques. I am so happy to see small businesses like this, and I will absolutely be coming back next time I am in the area. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

The pink pig Cafe has great chili and quiche. Just waiting for the day Deb decides to put her 100 year old secret spaghetti sauce on the menu.

We absolutely love the Pink Pig. Debbie is such a wonderful proprietor. The food is delicious and the shop is filled with eclectic, interesting things. Every time we visit Essex we make sure to stop in!

Debb is an absolute legend. If you are in the area make sure you stop by. My group of 5 had a wonderful experience in the café. Thank you for taking care of us Debb!!

Very cute little store with hand knit sweaters and an attached cafe. Delicious maple latte. Also in a very nice setting with lovely staff.

We stopped in Pink Pig for a latte and hot chocolate for the kids. But after seeing the breakfast sandwiches, we devoured one of those as well.
We had such a special experience talking with Debbie, the owner. Her kindness made us feel like regulars. My 2 boys say "Thank you, Debbie, the Pink Pig is the best"

We love the Pink Pig! It's cozy, stylish, and welcoming. Deb and Fred are amazing people and care about their community and its people! We love the food and all the beautiful things they have in the shop! Definitely a must see when in Essex!! You won't be sorry!!!
