Not a bad place for cheap stuff , clean and customer friendly.

Took my grandson to Panosian's for sneakers. They were very helpful. Local store so you don't have to order online and know they fit.

I've tried pizza shops but this place is one of my favorites WOW they make good Pizza

There are not enough big ticket stores in the downtown area. It is very nice to be able to shop a store like Big Lots!

I can't stress enough that we need to shop local to keep the small businessman with open doors providing economic growth in this area and putting food on their tables lots of talent and good food available

New to the area.... I have no complaints, it was a pleasant experience.

It's a shopping mall. Could be fun. Stressful or both?

Busy area nice to grab a few things

You gotta love Phil Gush and how much he cares about his patrons. If you're looking for that full fledged Elmira experience then you have to visit Gush's.

Parking lot NEEDS some love. Nice to have stores to shop @ locally & not HAVE to always run to the Mall!

Good place to go for shopping and Eatery

I was their working at the Wisner Park farmers market. Selling food from the EOP Bistro.

Great place to shop. Prices are more than reasonable. Great products.

This plaza is always busy and vibrant, an absolute necessity for the upper Eastside of Elmira.
