Verizon

Had some issues with my bill this month and came in to get help fixing it. Stewart was extremely helpful. Plus he saved me an extra $40 or so a month by informing me that I could pay $20 TOTAL (plus tax) for Netflix, Max, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. I’m already paying for 4 out of the 5 at $10-20 each so this was incredible news, especially knowing that I can still use my existing accounts!

Stu was the biggest help! Best customer service I've ever received out of any salesman I've ever encountered. He was super patient and well over-understanding of my situation! Glad I decided to go with Verizon, feel very welcome as he makes the store a really inviting place! The best part was how much he was actually looking out more for me and my best interests than anything else! Definitely recommend the Verizon on Clemens Center in Elmira, NY!

Stewart did fantastic. He explained everything I needed to know, fully protected my phone and got me taken care of in a timely manner.

Nick was extremely polite and was very helpful. Although, another verizon store LIED about what type of phone I had he tried to help as much as he could. I appreciate him. He's a great employee!!!

cheyanne made it so pleasant that I ended up buying a new phone when I just stop by to ask a couple questions I’m very glad that I stopped by the Verizon store in Elmira instead of a different one I will always stop by to see Cheyenne if I have any questions or problems. My name is Robin Martinez. I can't heap enough praise on the staff of this Verizon outlet! I'm an old guy that has very limited experience with technology. I'm also, at times, frustrated and impatient when this technology doesn't work the way it's supposed to. (usually my fault). It would be great if I had this pleasant experience whenever I had to deal with....everything! Thank you folks! Very much!

I had to wait quite some time for the customer ahead of me but Cheyenne Varlheuren was fantastic to work with. She set me up with information on pricing and I went from an iPhone 11 that was a mess since the stupid ios17 upgrade (that stinks), to a plan that is a better support for newer phones and an iPhone pro max. If she wasn’t so informative and efficient once the poor guy who was ahead of me got set up, I would not have bought a new phone. She was super patient with the lack of knowledge the guy ahead of me had. She’s an asset to Verizon TCC. She didn’t try to upsell stuff I didn’t need or want.
