Just In Time Roofing and Seamless Gutters

These guys did a fantastic job -- showed up at 730am with dump trailer & everything & were working like a swarm of bees from boots on the ground. They completely replaced this entire 1500sqft roof, including new skylights & teardown of the old roof, in just 7hrs and it is absolutely flawless. Magnet-rolling the lawn & leaf-blowing during cleanup were a nice touch. Very professional estimate & communication. Best contractor i've ever worked with, would recommend to anyone.

We were impressed with the professional team that worked nonstop from first thing in the morning til after the sunset. They were pleasant and hardworking men. Alan and Carl were wonderful to deal with and kept us informed of details.They did what I had requested with a complete tear off. With this process, an area of rot was identified and replaced. This is the reason that we requested the complete replacement and appreciate the thorough work. We feel that we now have a roof that we can feel confident is secure for the next three decades. I needed a new roof so I called a few roofing businesses for an estimate. After dealing with the others and then Alan, well Alan knows his product not to mention the business, the others left me questioning if they knew what they were doing, and sold me after speaking with him about 30 minutes. I chose the shingles and began waiting for the rain to stop. The first day the crew was here bright and early, got everything ready to work and three days later I had a new roof!! Mind you I have an 1880 house with a high pitch, shingles and slate. When the crew finished up everyday they cleaned any and all trash up so nothing was a mess! This crew worked hard from sun up to sun down!! Alan communicated every action that would take place and during the job itself, Alan kept me on top
of everything!

Just in Time was excellent. The crew worked hard all day and the job was done before nightfall. They came to do the work just about exactly when they said they would. We were given a clear and detailed estimate. We could not afford to do our entire roof this year, so Just in Time was willing to do the leaky half for now. We will definitely call them next year or the year after to do the other half. Apparently, they pay their workers a fair wage--also important! I would recommend them to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Just In Time Roofing. Right from the estimate until completion and clean up they were professional in every manner. They started early and worked until dark. Weather cannot be controlled, but they returned in a timely manner after two days of rain to finish the job. Wonderful, hard working crew. Alan was professional, kind and personable.

I was trying to help my father replace his roof that was in drastic need before the heavy snow came. I cannot say enough good things about this company! After buying a house that hadn't gotten any maintenance (let alone updates) in 20+ years, we knew the roof was going to be in rough shape and would probably need new decking on most of not all of the roof. Other companies we talked to just wanted to slap another layer of shingles on (did they not see the holes where the squirrel family was living?) We were very impressed with Just In Time's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge, so we decided to go with them.
I AM SO GLAD WE DID.
Right in line with our usual luck, the damage was far far more extensive, with almost all the old rafters rotted out and a chimney basically being held up with shingles and luck. We were one bad storm away from the house being destroyed. What was supposed to be a one day project blossomed into a 3+, but these guys kept us updated the entire way, providing extensive documentation of the damage they found, checking with us to make sure we were happy with how things were handled, and answering every question we had with confidence.
I will never even consider using another roofing company for as long as we live in this area, and will be singing their praises to anyone I meet who mentions the word "roof". The old roof, thanks to the horrifying negligence of the previous owners could have had disastrous results for our little family- thanks to Travis, Alan, Carl, and the amazing crew, I have my peace of mind back. And the prettiest roof on the street is just a bonus!

Sometimes I take a ladder up to my roof and caress my gutters to admire the craftsmanship of my Just In Time Seamless Gutters®. I was recently threatened by my father in law to take apart their work because of how jealous he was he was not in their service area. This outfit is very professional from the estimator (Alan) to the roofing crew to the seamless gutter folks (Carl). They worked on my house on the 2 hottest days of this year and worked for 12 hours the first day and 13 hours the second day! I love the look of the roof and their craftsmanship is amazing.
