The old water heater was sitting in a sad puddle. Pop asked his brother who to call and Franchini Plumbing was the only name on his list. We called Dave after normal business hours on a Monday expecting to leave a message. Nope. He answered the phone. Next morning, he stopped by to see if we needed a repair or replacement and we had a beautiful new hot water heater in place by noon on Wednesday.
