KRB's Klingers Real Barbeque -Waupaca

Our brisket and side items from KRB's Klingers Real Barbeque in Waupaca was excellent. The brisket was tender and had a nice smoked flavor. The restaurant was nice and clean. Service was fast. Overall a great experience.

Simply the best barbeque north of St. Louis. The burnt ends are amazing, then you try the melt in your mouth brisket. That smokey flavor is so good. The Greens and cornbread are like Mama's house back in the day.

First time there and was not disappointed. Ordered two brisket sandwiches with beans as sides and also had some corn bread. 10 plus stars. Loads of mouthwatering brisket on the bun, beans had yummy sausage in them and cornbread was some of the best I have had - super moist, not dry.
Go now before they close for the winter season. Lots of room inside and wheelchair accessible. Loved it!

I had the baby back ribs, my boyfriend had the brisket today for lunch. It was so good, my boyfriend wanted to go back for dinner! The atmosphere is down-home yet upscale at the same time. We will definitely be back!

Very good BBQ! Ribs and brisket were excellent. Shoutout to the Cornbread also. Tender and lots of flavor. Prices were reasonable. If I lived around here, I would for sure be a regular. After living in Texas, this was the best I've had since.

Had half of chicken was very good not greasy at all perfect smoke flavor. The barbecue sauces were all good also
The baked beans were great with the sausage pieces in them all around great place to eat

First time at Klinger's Real Barbecue for lunch today. I had the brisket and ribs with the grits and greens. Everything was great. We will be going back.

Oh sweet deliciousness! Stopped in for lunch. Had the juiciest most flavorful 1/2 chicken and sides- potato salad and fluff. So yummy!!! The meat was delicious. I would go back even to eat a meal of just sides! Beans, Mac and cheese, red potatoes, fluff, potato salad, coleslaw, corn bread (!!!). Highly recommend and will be back again and again!

I have Celiac Disease and must eat gluten free. Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. I had chicken, potato salad and collard greens. It was delicious and I didn't get sick.

Excellent food and very popular. Sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes but they try their best due to high demand. Well worth the wait.

Absolutely wonderful! I had the brisket - nice smoked, slow cooked flavor. My husband had the chicken. All the sides were great too. The cornbread was the best I've had - nice and moist. Beautiful interior and nice outdoor seating. We will be back!

I usually don't like brisket because it's overly dry, but this was seriously the best brisket I've ever had in my life! A huge mouth-watering brisket sandwich with 1 side for only $14.99! Definitely coming here again!

Excellent. Ordered to-go with a half-chicken meal and a meat and two sides meal. The portion sizes are absurd/Texas-sized: could easily feed six people with the two orders.

Pulled pork the star of the show of what we chose. Moist, flavorful, not at all fatty.

Burnt ends falling apart with good flavor. Few fattier pieces but to be expected.

Chicken moist and good flavor, skin could have been a touch crispier.

Texas twinkies—pulled pork stuffed jalapeño wrapped in bacon was delicious and easily a meal unto itself.

Mac and cheese, grits, and coleslaw all excellent, and three bbq sauce varieties to try.

All the food came at the right temp—hot food hot, cold food cold. Harder than you think to find these days. Service was friendly and swift. Didn’t eat in but interior nicely done and spotless.

Waupaca has been sorely lacking in terms of a variety of quality restaurant options. KRB a welcome and much-needed addition.

We enjoyed the smoky flavors and tenderness of the brisket and pulled pork. Generous proportions too.

Crazy busy weekend, and there were some menu items that were sold out, but everything we ordered was delicious !!
Ribs are amazing, and the sides are all delicious!!
Sitting at the bar area is what we like and we were not disappointed!

Brisket Sandwich was delicious! Will be returning for sure.
