Awesome wild park!! I can not believe people give the wild hiking park (no playground) type place a 1 STAR review because there were BUGS and ticks and dirt trials . Oh my God there are not signs on every tree to keep you from getting lost in a small wooded area!!? it's literally left alone for the reason to be.more like a native woodes area before humans messed it up... If you were the one who gave a 1 STAE review because the woods had bugs and was dirty and no one held your hand you need to have a reality check think about what you are saying. Stop acting so privileged and foolish . Some of the dumbest ignorant comments were in the reviews of this beautiful wild park in a city area. Stay in NYC if you don't wnn get dirty or have a bug land on u....you are a sorry pitiful person and I honestly feel bad for you....anyways thia peknis awesome of your not a privileged city boy or girl. Your definitely not a man or woman!!!

Great young park for a fun hike. Be aware the maps are iffy and a few of the trails deadhead into neighborhoods. Depending on the season it can get squishy. But all in all, fun

Several miles of trails. Best in the fall and winter. Ticks are very bad from May to Sept. Good for walking and biking.

Nice trails, but it gets very wet after rain and some trails become too flooded to walk on.

Awful poorly marked trails that are not maintained and feel dangerous to walk alone. Deer flies abound and ticks are a threat. This is the worst park I have ever visited. Stay away

Avoid these trails. Left feeling itchy and found hundreds of nearly invisible deer ticks all over myself. Used a lint roller to get them off as they were too small to even pick up. Nightmare fuel.

Beware trails are full of ticks. I’ve hiked all over and have never seen a tick infestation like the one in this park.

Too many ticks!!! Please be aware! We found 10s of them on us. Why not treat this area next to the school??

Do not go here. Loaded with deer ticks.
