Victorian Bridal & Formal Wear

Being originally from Waupaca, I wanted to return to my hometown to try on wedding dresses- I have since visited two more bridal stores and nothing compares to Victorian Bridal! My experience was amazing- everyone was so friendly, calm and supportive! I'm going back for a second appointment in a couple weeks (to hopefully say yes to the dress!) but I just couldn't wait to share this photo of myself and Riley (my bridal consultant) the way she looks at me with such support and positivity is just so sweet! I'm glad my mom captured this photo! Thanks to everyone at Victorian Bridal for continuing to be amazing!

I cannot say enough great things about Victorian Bridal & Formal Wear! I first started looking for dresses in Appleton at David's, Elaine's, and Tiffany's Bridal. I couldn't find any dresses that really spoke to me and they felt very repetitive. When i went to Victorian Bridal & Formal I had my dress appointment with Riley along with my family. Riley was so attentive and listened to every one of my wants. After me and my group chose dresses for me to try on, Riley listened to my opinions and in one try found my dress (of course I tried on 8 more just to be sure). She was very patient with me searching past finding my dress. I have a hard time speaking up for myself and Riley was so ready to speak up for me. I also have to say that it felt like a very private appointment, even though I didn't book a private appointment.

I also had my alterations done there with Christine, one of the owners. She did an amazing job altering my dress and helping me decide on a veil. She is tremendously nice and very detail oriented and precise. Every detail of the dress was perfect. She was very communicative and made sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way. I had a destination wedding, and Christine helped pack my dress in my carry-on so that it traveled carefully and safely. She even taught me how to steam my dress and veil so that I could make sure it looked perfect on my wedding day.

It was the perfect dress for me and my wedding. Everyone was so kind and invested. It is very clear that every single employee and owner cared about every single client and dress.

Victorian Bridal was amazing to work with! Every gown they had was absolutely stunning and everyone there was awesome! The employees always had a smile on their face and were so friendly and easy to work with! I purchased my wedding dress from them and ended up making some changes to the dress and they were so willing to work with me and make my dreams come true! I would highly recommend going to them for any gown, but especially bridal! I loved my wedding dress and would go back to them in a heartbeat for anything!

My dress was part of that perfect day. It was the most beautiful dress and I felt gorgeous in it. When I first started dress shopping I was so discouraged, but then a friend recommended Victorian Bridal. From the moment I stepped in the door to when I picked up my dress days before my wedding, every single staff member that helped me was so helpful and friendly.

Bailey helped me find my dream dress by listening to my wants and needs AND made sure I stayed within my budget. Christine helped my dream dress fit me perfectly and also listened to me as we went through the fitting process.

My husband absolutely loved my dress and said I was the most beautiful bride ever. I received so many compliments on my dress and continue to after posting pictures. I loved my Reagan!

My sister and I went with our mom to find a dress for our brothers wedding and we loved this place! Bailey the owner was amazing to work with and her selection of Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses was plentiful! Plenty of wedding and prom dresses as well of all sorts of styles! They even have an in house seamstress! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for dresses or tuxes at a very reasonable price!

I cannot say enough good things about Victorian Bridal! My dress was everything I wanted and more, they truly have the most beautiful selection. All the ladies there are so amazing to work with and really take the time to make sure that everything is perfect for your day! They are all so personable and make all the decision making a really fun experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for their wedding!

We went bridesmaid dress shopping here and had a wonderful experience with Bailey. She was extremely helpful and her expertise showed! Even the dress quality was good and the prices were reasonable. Definitely will be sharing our great experience with friends and family.

Could not be happier with the suits we got at Victorian bridal for our wedding! They made picking out the colors so easy and helped with suggestions. They offered the tuxes get shipped directly to my house, which was super nice! They arrived over a week before the wedding which gave the groomsmen time to try everything on and make any adjustments if needed. (If adjustments were needed those were also shipped within a day or 2 which was amazing!) This was a big stress taken off my shoulders for wedding week! The staff is so friendly and genuine. In addition to dresses, they also had a wide variety of veils and wedding jewelry available at affordable prices that were amazing!

I couldn't recommend Victorian Bridal enough! Everyone was always so kind and helpful and really made the whole experience of dress shopping so easy and enjoyable. They felt like family every time I walked in the door because of how much they cared. Not to mention their fantastic selection! Not only did I find my perfect dress there but also my bridesmaids and my mothers dress. Every time there was a truly great experience!

I had the BEST experience at Victorian Bridal! The pricing is so affordable and my dress was beyond what I imagined for my big day. My alterations were also done there and everything was perfect :) I have been raving about Victorian Bridal since the day I tried on dresses!

Wedding dress shopping was a little complex with my family dynamic, and I was very nervous about how it would all unravel. Bailey made the entire process stress free, and went above and beyond to make it a great experience. She was so friendly and fantastic to work with! I had appointments with 5 different stores, and Victorian Bridal blew me away with the great customer service, cleanliness, and willingness to help in any way! 100/10 recommend!

I was told about Victorian bridal from my hair stylist from 212 salon in waupaca (also incredible) she got her dress there many years ago. I couldn’t be more happy with the decision I made to go check them out! I absolutely hate trying on dresses and they made it so much fun! I found my perfect dress and then of course I absolutely had to use them for the groom and groomsmen suits, they helped with deciding the color of suits and their recommendations were spot on! I couldn’t thank them enough for being so wonderful to work with… I’ll miss seeing them since my wedding is over but 10/10

I found my dream bridal gown, dresses for my bridesmaids, and had my alternations done all through Victorian Bridal. Everything turned out great! I had wonderful experiences each time I went in - everyone was so friendly & helpful!

I had the best experience buying a wedding dress here. I never felt like they were trying to push me into buying a dress which made it so I could take my time and find something I truly loved. Throughout trying on dresses and having several fitting it was always clear that they wanted me to feel my best and they were willing to do everything they could to make it happen. There are many wedding dress stores, but this store has a great selection of dresses and the people here made all the difference. I can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely amazing people to work with. From finding the dress to the fittings, the ladies at Victorian Bridal truly make every moment feel special. Every time I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and my name. I have been shopping for dresses here since high school and won’t go anywhere else!

An absolutely amazing experience at Victorians Bridal. All dresses were in a good price range and the staff was so helpful. They even pulled me a dress from the back that they wanted me to try and it ended up being my favorite. The dressing rooms are huge and the "show room" is very pretty.
