i've filed with h&r for years, and plan to continue. always freindly, always quick. and if i ever run into an issue it's as simple as contacting them and letting them handle the rest.

The best team there . My tax preparer was wonderful an very professional. Had a few good laughs. Very pleasant and professional team there.

She explains the process to me step by step so there's no confusion, very professional, friendly and she knows what she's doing. Mellyora is the best taxes specialist I have ever had and I will continue to make my future appointments with her.

Kathleen Martin is friendly, knowledgeable, very good at what she does. She had my taxes done within 24 hours. Not knowing what I needed to include after selling a house and purchasing a piece of land, I threw everything I could into the envelope and dropped my taxes off to her. She called me the next day to let me know my taxes were done, went explained everything to me about what I had needed to include and what I didn't need to include and the reasons why. Have used her as my tax preparer the last 3 years and will continue to do so as long as she is at H&R Block.

Our tax preparer Mary is Awesome. She is very efficient and knowledgeable. She is very personable and rejoicingly amusing. I couldn't have a better person to help us during the tax season. She's the best we've had in the past 14 years of allowing H & R Block to do our taxes. She needs a huge pay raise.

Probably the fastest I have been in and out of a tax office EVER. All told I was there for 30 minutes. THe tax preparer credited with having simple paperwork and the depth of how prepared I was, but she was quick, accurate, friendly and professional.
