Cub - Monticello

I will continue to use Cub pick up! I live near St. Cloud and we don't have a Cub anymore. I work in the cities and did a pick up order today. I got lovely produce and communication and service. And it was done same day!!

Wow wow wow. I typically do my grocery shopping online and pick up from other local stores. However on a Sunday at 3:30pm I missed the deadline for same day pick up. So I ventured over to cub’s website and saw that they used Instacart and that I could get the groceries delivered within an hour. I was ecstatic that someone else would do my shopping AND deliver it right to my house.

This service is not only for the lazy but also anyone who is sick, has social anxiety or just doesn’t have time between activities. My shopper was great. She picked good replacements if Cub didn’t have the item in stock. She was prompt and quick. The whole process took less than 2 hours (from the start of my order to when they arrived at my door). I loved it and will definitely use that service again.

I work here. I wouldn't work here at Cub Foods if the place was trash. This is the most welcoming all inclusive environment I've ever been in. No judgement here at Cub. That's why I shop and work here and why I transferred my prescriptions to this Cub. It's clean. Well maintained and it's super awesome environment to be in.

Best grocery selection, great floral section (not very big, but what theyve got lasts and lasts when you get it home) good deli & bakery

Right after St Patrick's Day we weren't able to find Deli Corned Beef anywhere, not Target or Walmart, but finally found it at Cub Foods. Paid like $8-9 for 1/2 lb in the Deli. The Corned Beef was delish!

They always have great meat deals. They do online ordering, you do not even have to get out of your car they will load it for you. They are also putting in ports for electric cars.

I stop at Cub often. The produce is always great. Organic foods are as well. And they keep my favorite frozen yogurt on hand. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I usually use a motorized cart due to health issues. They are great about having someone help me load my car too.

Shelves were well stocked, had 3 check out lanes own. Quick in and out.

We don’t normally shop at this Cub, but we stopped here to pick up a ready-made birthday cake for our granddaughter. I don’t know the names of the man or lady that were working in the bakery this morning, but they were so helpful. They asked if we would like something written on the cake, and it only took them about two minutes to complete the decorating. It looked professional, and they did a great job. So thank you so much to our two bakery helpers today.

Fairly well laid out. Wide aisles with many of those less common products,like tamarind, Thai spice, etc. Workers are always kind.

Shop here weekly, solid staff, great produce and meat sections. Appreciate that Cub is always trying to find wants to pull customers in from the weekly deals to the Holiday gas discount, to the MEGA deals. Keep it up and you will have my business.

They are always pretty nice to deal with in here. The people working in the butchers/meat section are always willing to help out and cut a steak if needed. The store is pretty decent otherwise.

Tastier treats and more food options than Walmart. Pharmacy here as well.

Store was clean and fully stocked. Employees were polite and helpful. Plenty of carts available.

This store is organized and clean. What impressed my wife and I the most though was the customer service that we received from Hope. She was very friendly and informative.

Tried to buy stuff at Walmart, which was completely out of things I needed, went to cub they had everything I needed plus more. Store very clean and organized. Very friendly staff.

I love their Deli's Mashed potatoes and gravy. They have items I sometimes can't find in other grocery stores.

I love this Cub! I love that the rewards card comes preloaded with coupons. And they give free fruit to the kiddos! Way better than cookies. Thanks!!

Always helpful employees. Special recognition to Hope, who is always friendly with a "hello" and always looks out for customers when checking out. Thank you Hope!

Cub is our go to store for shopping. Produce and bakery items always nice and fresh, and a very pleasant place to shop.
