It was great to work with Gary and his team. They renovated our condo, including the kitchen and 3 baths. Gary took us through the design and build phases with expertise, understanding and flexibility. We even did a lot of project management and decision making using video chats. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The project was on time and on budget. Our kitchen is now a gourmet's dream, and our bathrooms went from old and tired to rooms beautiful enough to show off. I would work with Sakin Home again in a heartbeat!

We highly recommend working with Gary Sakin! We have done several projects with him including transforming an open loft into a nursery, remodeling a bathroom and various other details throughout our home. Gary is thoughtful, dependable, creative, easy to communicate with and a genuine pleasure to work with. He and his crew are all great and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. We have a post and beam home and we really appreciated their attention to detail, matching new trim to the existing for example. We trust Gary implicitly. Here is a before and after pic of our bathroom. He added radiant floor, recessed lights and baseboard as well. He is our go to contractor in the lakes region!

We had Gary and his people do a complete remodel of the main level of our three-level townhouse condominium including a new kitchen, new flooring, and remodeled laundry and half bath. The work was of the highest quality and Gary kept us up to date as work progressed and asked our preference at decision points. We were very pleased and have recommended Gary to our neighbors considering a remodeling project. If we plan any further improvements, Gary would be our first choice!

Smelly old kitchen is now beautiful. Despite all the covid issues the kitchen is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Neighbors have said it looks like a magazine! Thank you so much!

Gary and his crew did a phenomenal job with our master bath renovation in Campton. The job was completed within the schedule and we were updated every step of the way. In addition to the high quality work , we were impressed with the care taken to protect the rest of the house during renovation. The crew was very friendly and made sure our indoor cat did not escape. We highly recommend Gary and crew!

Not only did we LOVE the work Gary did, he was incredible to work with. He was great at communicating. We always knew where we were on the project which is important when you don't live nearby. He was so patient and helpful when I needed his advice on choices. I would definitely use Gary again. We HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Gary & His team @ Sakin Home did an outstanding job renovating our condo in Lincoln, NH.
Unfortunately, we had water damage from the unit above ours's & Gary's team was able to come in & repair the damage needed & at the same time, update a variety of things we needed done. The improvements included new recessed lighting, new kitchen floor, painting & installing a new water heater.

Everything Gary did was completed in the time he confirmed & all for the price agreed. Gary is the ONLY contractor we have ever dealt with, that returns all our calls & responds to every text promptly. Additionally, he is courteous, polite & most importantly, professional with all his follow up.
This was so important to us as we reside out of state & could not be @ our condo everyday to inspect his work.

Our condo looks great & is now updated & more relaxing that we ever imagined.

We moved into our home at the end of June this year. I wanted to make some changes and remodels to our very unique and old structure. I asked our realtor for a recommendation for a contractor. He said he could give me several, but “there’s really just one—Gary Sakin”. Gary and his crew have been everything I’ve needed. They are completely professional, superb at their various crafts, and bring a wonderfully fun energy into the house. We’ve, of course, run into some surprises and challenges, and Sakin Home has always managed to turn problems into new amazing things that we never imagined. Love these guys, and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Gary and his crew could not have been more responsive -which I have found to be a rarity with contractors. My calls and texts were returned super fast, and Gary made sure any issue or problems I had were addressed promptly and to to my satisfaction. Sakin Home completed a new storage area and the renovation of two bathrooms & my kitchen!

The team at Sakin Home was extremely skilled and professional in their work transforming our satellite wine tasting room. All of the workers were courteous and respectful.
