The UPS Store

I live in Plymouth and work from home. This UPS store takes care of all of my printing, scanning, and shipping needs. They are friendly, helpful, and make zero mistakes. I always look forward to stopping in. Highly recommend!

Pat and his staff provide excellent dependable customer service. I’ve had UPS post boxes at multiple locations. The Plymouth store goes above and beyond in forwarding my mail wherever I happen to be. Outstanding support for all packing and shipping needs as well as a broad selection of office logistics services. Bravo…!

What amazing customer service! I didn't get the names of the two wonderful ladies that helped me, but they were working today (1/18/22) at around 1:30pm, if that helps! Couldn't have been easier for a process I know zero about. They were knowledgeable, attentive, happy to help and just very pleasant to work with. Thank you again!!

The staff here are great and always greet me by name. I receive my mail here along with my packages and it makes it so convenient for me. I know my things are safe from “porch pirates” and the weather. Keep up the amazing work!

Just recently I tried the trade-in option at Amazon for two of my older but in great shape fire tablets.. Amazon send me a label to print out... but my HP printer did a terrible job printing the barcodes and other information. The printer was low on ink and HP had not shipped me a new ink cartridge in quite a while. Frantic, I called the local UPS store and Aaron was great by explaining to me that they could print it at the store. I took off to the store and found the positive and helpful attitude from the UPS staff, the two ladies were just wonderful the labels got printed and sized to fit - a job well done by UPS Plymouth, NH...

The service here is wonderful. Both the owner, Pat, and all of his employees are very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We have a mailbox here and it’s easy and quick to get your mail and packages. Really, this is a great store and very well run. It’s a pleasure to do business here.

Wow!! Just wow!! I hadn't been to this store in years because, the last time I went, there was a nasty old man behind the counter that would grunt at you and basically tell you to get lost. Too stressful to say the least. Well I found myself battling a situation where I was being robbed and needed to get documents for court to put the thieves behind bars. I had nowhere to go to get my printing done and my office printer was down. I was desperate so I bit the bullet and went on in. I was greeted with smiles and genuine concern for my dire situation. The two sisters now running it are beyond amazing!!!! I cannot believe how well I was treated this time! I felt like the most important person in the world! What great people! A true gem of a family run business. Forget the USPS and forget fixing my office printer! I'm going to UPS from here on out! Now I need to get a nice account set up with them.

I work for a local non-profit and we needed to have something shipped to a supporter. I spoke with Erin the manager, and she was courteous, friendly, extremely helpful and easy to work with. She did all of the packaging and shipped it the same day. Great job - thank you Erin!

While visiting family, I brought my mother's china to be shipped back to Arizona. Erin took the time to make sure that the heirloom china was packed properly. It took an extra day but soo worth it!! My late mother's china arrived safe and sound!! Thank you Erin and your staff!!!!!

Have had to go here for business and personal reasons from shipping, getting copies, even using the computer and printing out bus tickets for only a few dollars. Very friendly and very efficient staff. They help in too many ways to list them all. Thank you to their staff for always helping me and making it always a pleasant experience!!
