Extremely pleasant reception by Kerri. Dental Assistant & Doctor we're engaging, professional and made the entire session comfortable . . . which is absolutely what one wants during a visit to the dentist. Also, in my case, I was most appreciative that the staff was able to see me in such a timely fashion. Thx again.

Dental Arts of Plymouth has the most caring staff and Dr. Williams.

Everyone is very sincere and Dr. Jeff is an amazing dentist. They aren’t kidding when the name of their clinic includes the word “arts”! Jeff is a true craftsman. Thank you Dr Williams and staff. Oh, and Kerri is a wizard with insurance estimates. My husband and I are fairly new to the area and we will never go anywhere else!

Always a good experience. Michelle is always great with my cleanings (and plays good music!). I met Dr. Hamdan for the first time and was very impressed with her chairside manner and explanations. Very happy with them.

Dr Williams was very thorough during the exam.

Julie explained everything in detail.

Kerry also explained everything and answered all my questions patiently.

Nobody rushed through my appointment.

Kerri and Sally are incredible thoughtful and professional. They always remember specific details about my life and genuinely care about how I am. They are efficient and give me honest feedback about my teeth! I feel great receiving care from Dental Arts and would recommend them to anyone.

As usual, my hygiene appointment with Sally was a great experience. I appreciate not having to wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room before my appointment and I'm very happy that the practice is connected to Delta Dental now!

My Husband and I have been going to this dentistry for years and we absolutely love the group! We now bring our daughter who is three and they are so amazing and accommodating! She has more fun than I think you’re supposed to! So thankful for everyone at this practice!

Very pleased with my visit. Dr Williams and his assistant were very gentle and professional in my dental exam and explanation of the procedures. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful in scheduling my future appointment.

The staff was all wonderfully friendly and helpful. Dr. Williams listened to my concerns and issues and was very understanding and came up with a plan for my dental health that was doable. I will definitely be continuing my dental care with Dental Arts of Plymouth!!!!

My wife was in need of an emergency dental appointment and from the initial phone call to check out all staff were kind and helpful. She got in the day of the call. She was treated promptly and professionally. The office is clean, tidy, and well decorated. I highly recommend this practice.

Dental visits are not the top of my "fun things to do list" - but, I must say this group of professionals is top notch. All are welcoming and friendly and highly professional. I am totally satisfied and happy with the services rendered at this business. Thank you.

Updated: Dr. Brand and Dr. Sawicki have retired so I wanted to update my review. This office still deserves five stars. The new dentist, Dr. Williams, is phenomenal. He is kind, compassionate, and gentle. I have a lot of work that needs to be done but the way Dr. Williams explained everything to me did not make me overly anxious or overwhelmed. Everyone in this office is wonderful! The office manager, Kerri, is a gem. She is so helpful and kind. I always look forward to seeing her when I go in. I saw Michelle for a cleaning and it was the best cleaning I have ever had, she is great. Julie is an angel, she is just so sweet and reassuring. Cathy is also very helpful and kind. I recommend this office to everyone in the area. Thank you, Dental Art of Plymouth!

Old review: I had not been to the dentist in a long time. I've had some less than stellar experiences at other dentists growing up so just the thought of going to the dentist gave me major anxiety. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Brand was nothing short of professional. He promptly called me back on the weekend and reassured me that he would take care of me. I visited his office on a Monday morning and the entire staff was compassionate, not judgemental in any way. They put my mind at ease and got me an appointment for an oral surgeon for the same week. I recommend Dr. Brand to everyone. He is compassionate, kind, and gentle. Thank you Dr. Brand and staff!

Waited way too long to take care of my teeth. That being said dental arts is taking good care of me from beginning to end. Entire staff is great!
