Water Tight Roofing provided a prompt and thorough roof replacement for us in 2020, but what truly impressed me was their outstanding support beyond the job this year. When an unexplained leak occurred, they responded quickly, inspected the roof, and even helped solve the issue, despite it not being related to their work. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive, and I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Dave came out and looked at my roof. We had several wet spots throughout two rooms. He very quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and explained it, as well as how to fix it very thoroughly. It was a fantastic experience and I will certainly be using them for all of my needs moving forward!

We recently found out we had wind damage to our roof. Our insurance company told us to contact roofing companies to get quotes to have our roof replaced. I called another company out of Sioux City that didn’t even want to come out to look at our roof (we live in Onawa) until our insurance company came back with their assessment. I called Watertight and Dave came out the very day we called him. He got up on our roof and looked at everything. He explained everything to us and what we should expect to happen during our claim. He didn’t even have the job yet or know how much our insurance was going to cover yet. He spent at least an hour with us explaining everything and telling us to do our research and let him know if we would like to work with him. (He had our business as soon as he left because he actually took his time and cared to educate us) Our insurance company came back with their assessment and it did not include everything that Dave told us to watch for. We contacted Dave and he went to work with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered and we were getting the same high quality of shingles that we originally had. He went above and beyond to track down the color/style of shingles we wanted. We have a very good insurance company as well and between the two of them everything was painless for us. Our shingles were delivered and placed on top of our roof on a Friday. Luke and his crew showed up on Monday and we had our top of the line roofing system installed by mid afternoon on Tuesday!! They found we needed plywood on part of our roof or it would have all been done in a day! We have a pretty large ranch style house with a hip roof it was a big job and they made very quick work of it! Our lawn was cleaner when they left then it was when they arrived! Luke was not above picking up trash In our lawn and was always happy to help his guys get the job done! My husband was thrilled that they cleaned out our gutters for us and trimmed our pine tree that was hanging over our roof. We could not be more appreciative of Dave, Luke and all of the guys in their crew! They were a joy to work with and answered so many questions along the way for us! From the moment we knew we needed a new roof to having it finished was less then a week and a half!! We will always recommend Watertight to anyone who needs any work done!! Dave and Luke take a lot of pride in their work and will make sure you are taken care of!

We had a great experience with Watertight roofing! They removed our chimney, which had been leaking for a long time and seamlessly patched the hole to make it look like it was never there! The best part was the whole process took basically a week from the first phone call which we really appreciated. We will definitely be reaching out to them again if we have any problems in the future!

Asked Watertight Roofing-Dave to come and inspect a dis-colored spot in my ceiling. in the hallway. Thinking it was a roof leak, Dave went to the attic and gave the entire area his full attention. Discovered the possible causes and possible solutions. Very thorough and comprehensive with pictures. Thank you Dave for the excellent detail of inspection. Highly recommended to anybody that needs an inspection, repair or full installation.

Dave and his crew were fabulous! They were super timely, super clean and did great work! They took their time to cover things up that needed covered and their clean up was top notch! Dave, Luke, and company did many roofs in my neighborhood after a hailstorm damaged most homes in our small town. They are personable and efficient and did a nice job on the project and helped handle the insurance company negotiations.

We called Watertight Roofing for them to come and inspect our roof, due to a small leak in our dining room. Come to find out, our roof was covered in hail damage. I called the insurance company to file a claim, and Watertight took it from there. We absolutely love our new roof and gutters!! We will definitely have them back to do our siding when it's time.

The Watertight crews attention to details are top notch. They had all debri picked up that night, and the owner himself came out to inspect the roof, making sure all was done with perfection. Watertight Roofing is a company that EXCEEDS expections. Our contract with them was to re-shingle our main home and out buildings. His “crew” worked very hard and was extremely tidy considering the job at hand. I was not present during this project. Pictures were taken of problem spots so I was completely informed before decisions were made. Came on time. Finished on time. The final bill was as agreed upon. I would highly recommend this company to do any project for me in the future.

So unlike the “fly by night” contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job right away. Watertight Roofing’s team provided great looking results. Hassle free estimates, worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure all details were covered and no surprises. The work was done on time and Dave’s team did a great job with clean up. I highly recommend Watertight! My roof received hail damage in May. I made a call to Watertight early June and Dave came by that same day and explained the process to me. Dave was so helpful walking me through the insurance rates and what it all meant along with explaining the type of shingle used. When the day of the repair came the crew was very professional and courteous. They worked hard and fast. They did discover some extensive damage while up there and Dave explained what this meant and what would need to be done. They had everything completed, both the house and garage, in a day. Dave and Luke were very helpful with getting our roof replaced after a hailstorm. When the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof he asked me what contractor we were going to work with. I told him Watertight Roofing and he said that is an excellent choice. They will do a good job for you. He was right they did an excellent job. They worked very well with our insurance company to make sure we got paid for some things that showed up after tearing the existing roof off.
