Polished Nail Salon

My wife and I visited Polished to get some time away from the kids and to be pampered a bit. I would highly recommend this salon simply because of the service but mostly because of the great ventilation. The Salon doesn’t smell like formaldehyde or something toxic to your health.

Would highly recommend paying them a visit if you’re sensitive to smells! Hope that helps someone!

I get my nails done fairly inconsistently, and have been here between 5-10 times. It’s a very clean and modern looking salon with good hygiene practices. Each time I’ve been here they use tools taken right from a sterilization pouch, which is important to me. They also use what appears to be fairly new and modern tools/equipment all while keeping their prices competitive. A lot of salons will charge similar prices yet have old UV lamps that look like they haven’t been switched out in years.

The service is always pleasant which I appreciate. I’ve never had a bad experience here. James was my nail tech today and he was fantastic.

My friend recommended me here.the store is clean and fresh. They did very nice on my nail. I picked the UV gel. It feels like my real nail.I feel nothing after the gel. It is so breathable and gentle. The color is so good. Highly recommend. Go with UV gel.

Best nail salon in the 518! I keep coming back and can’t go anywhere else. First, the staff are very friendly and kind, but if you’re not up for talking they are good with that too. They always make sure I like the color before proceeding and ask me at the end to make sure too. They are attentive to details and take their time with making sure my nails look perfect every single time. My ANC also usually lasts 4-5 weeks (unless I bump into something and crack it myself). You can tell that this is a family business and I am so happy to support them. I love going to Polished and look forward to my visits!

I've been coming to this salon for the past few months and I have to say that I really love it. They pay good attention to detail, the salon is spacious and very clean. I'm happy with the compliments that I receive on my nails. I highly recommend Polished Nail Salon.

Polish which is run by Rachel is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. They treat everybody like family. They keep working with you until they get exactly what you wish and that you’re very happy. All their tools are sterile. It is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been to in 20 years. I not only find it relaxing I find it a pure joy to go there

Absolutely love this place! I’ve gone to many many different nail salons & this is by far the best I’ve ever been to! I live 30-45 minutes away but it is well worth the drive to have my nails done right!! ANC looks amazing & lasts for weeks!!!

I love this salon. I have gotten ANC and pedicures multiple times. They are clean, friendly, and always do a great job. I have been to many other salons, only to be disappointed and I think I have FINALLY found one I can stick with.
The staff actually listen to what I have to say- I asked for short and rounded nails and I actually got it! Many other salons have complete ignored this request, which is ridiculous.
I have had many different technicians there, and all have done a great job. I do wish there were more color options for ANC, but only because I'm picky- they do have a very good selection regardless! Full disclosure, only one pedicure I've had there (out of 3) didn't live up to my expectations- but, it was still good and I will be scheduling another one soon.

I have spent years having my nails done. I recently had a favorite place that I went for every service! I first got sick of the turnover and then I noticed they were reusing the hot towels. I watched them finish using several of them, then they rolled them up and put them back I think the heater. Today I went to Polished and enjoyed my entire experience. Vivi was outstanding. I will definitely be going back!

Male getting first manicure on 2019-11-21. Staff was friendly and thorough. Little bit of a language barrier at times, but they did a great job. Would recommend to everyone.

Revised review upward 2019-11-29 after second visit. More people on duty on Black Friday at 3pm. Received clear gel manicure and they did a beautiful job. Highly recommended!

This is my fourth time coming to this nail salon and I absolutely LOVE IT. The best nail place I have gone too thus far. Everytime I come in they greet me with a smiling face and take me right away and they always give me massages and offer me tea. This place is the place I will continue to go to and bring business to😊

Wonderful people and when you get an ANC manicure it will last for weeks. This is the only salon I will go to.
