Went here for my anniversary dinner. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Chris, engaged us in conversation and was very attentive. The decor is absolutely amazing, the food is delicious. The service is top notch. The hostess and our server wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a special desert. My husband indicated when booking that it was our anniversary. However, we didn't think they would acknowledge it in any way, so that meant a lot to us. Would absolutely recommend going here.

Amazing service, atmosphere, food, wine and dining experience! Such a gem of a spot inside. Both times we have been there we had the pleasure of live music as well. The interior aesthetic is lovely and romantic - a perfect date night spot. I have gluten and tree nut allergies and they are very accommodating too! I highly recommend a stop here and can't wait to go back!

This place will not disappoint if you are looking for delicious food. I ran out of words to describe how delicious everything was. Casino Clams appetizer, New York strip dinner, and peanut butter bomb for dessert. Atmosphere was amazing and very intimate for a date night. Highly recommend but be prepared to drop some $$$.

I can't say anything bad about this restaurant. The atmosphere is romantic but family friendly. The food was fresh and full of flavor. We stopped for dinner on annual anniversary Saratoga trip and needless to say we will most certainly be back. Our server over heard us talking and surprised us with a dessert at the end. 100000% recommend.

This is our home away from home. Always impeccable food and experience. The service is one of the best in Saratoga. The music along with the beautiful atmosphere transports us to a care free happy place. Hand down, a must if you haven’t already made this place your go to for all the your special nights.

One of our favorite restaurants in Saratoga. The food is great, the staff is even better and the atmosphere is very unique with live music most nights. We have never been disappointed in any of our monthly visits to Panza's.

Thursday and Sundays are perfect days for dinner and music in the upper level of dining.
Each dish is unique and made with you in mind. If I had to pick one unfavorable item on the menu it would be the French Onion soup. Twice now a bit to salty. Otherwise the food is extremely delicious. Worth going to and if you can go Thursday's and Sunday's for some great music with Frank Sinatra in mind.

Outstanding, we throughly enjoyed everything. The finest Halibut I’ve ever had, the attention to detail and flavor made for a perfect meal. Great atmosphere, compliments to the chef and Craig.

Where is the 10 STAR button! We just had our Xmas party here and I cannot say enough about how GREAT everything was. In fact, everyone else is still raving over absolutely everything. From the beautiful holiday decor to the incredible food from apps to dessert and great service. The bartenders are the best in the area - hands down! The wine list is great and the food.... well.. what can I say - simply fantastic.
I normally handle all the details for our company party - we are a lively group and I always want something special and different. This year I chose Panza's and I don't think I need to do different anymore... and special? These guys got it covered. It was simply perfect and I didn't have to do a thing! 'STRESS-LESS'!

I am so thoroughly impressed by the food I had here and Panza’s. It was honestly the best meal I’ve ever had out at a restaurant. Each dish was so flavorful I was blown away. I started with the beet salad, and had two of the special appetizers for my meal, the warm salad and the scallops over sweet potato puree and mushrooms. Your chefs are extremely talented, thank you

Tasty Italian food! Warm bread. Very filling eggplant parmigiana with penne pasta. Looked like a small serving at first, but definitely more than enough! Waitstaff good. Live music- sounded just like Frank Sinatra. Would recommend!

My honey and I were traveling for business to Saratoga Springs. We stayed at the Casino Hotel (which was exceptionally clean and comfortable). Morton’s Steak House was closed (Monday) so a Casino employee suggested Panza’s. So happy she did! The atmosphere was beautiful, right down to the fragrant red rose at every table, and the delightful pianist at the bar! Our server, Donna, was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Chicken Piccata with a deliciously crispy Caesar salad, and Eggplant Parmigiana with beet salad. Both meals were ample servings and quite delicious, and the warm stretch bread was so tasty! Overall, wonderful experience, will definitely visit again when we’re in the area!

Outstanding dining, ambiance & entertainment! Their Sunday "Sinatra" show in the lounge is a unique, unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

Genuinely one of the BEST restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time. The place is beautiful and immaculate, our waitress was INCREDIBLE. Knowledgeable, kind, extremely attentive, remembered I had an allergy after hearing me say it just once. And the FOOD. We ordered appetizers, dinner, and desserts - every single thing came out perfectly timed and was absolutely delicious. We will be back as soon as possible!

We go on Sundays to hear Michael Panza sing Sinatra. Tonight we went on Sunday and were treated to a great meal and Oscar song tributes. Michael and Colleen Pratt were fantastic. Hope to see you soon!

Incredible meal. My fiancé and I had a 10/10 experience. From the bread (fresh, hot and the butter is to die), the appetizers (Chef Dan’s Utica Greens—omg!!), our meals to the dessert— everything was amazing! Our server, Brandon, was also wonderful. One of our new favorite spots. We loved everything single thing about our meal.

Wow! Can't say enough about Panza's. The food, atmosphere, our waiter (Jake) were phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We have been searching for another go to restaurant and we found it. Add Panza's to your list of restuarants to try. Excellent. The Clams Casino appetizer is great as well as the Veal Saltimbocca, the Linguini Clam Sauce and Chicken Milanese.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Enjoyed the Chicken Piccata, while sitting in the cove, listening to live piano music. Make a reservation - Love Panza's!
