Theses folks are the real deal; friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Everytime I stop in or order over the phone they exceed expectations. They told me my order would take 30 minutes, it was at my doorstep in under 15 and at $2 delivery charge, that is quality service. I would vote 6 stars if I could.

They were amazingly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to help me choose something for a hostess gift.

When you just gotta do it, and see what happens later, staff was super helpful, allowed me to stay at the front of store , which I think they would prefer anyway, I was able to check out fast with my desired product which was nice.

Personal Wine Cellar is great, coming back from my tour (2020) I didn't know what to expect. They helped me pick, order, and complete my request over the phone, and delivery for $2 (incredible); I'm glad their personal touch and customer service hasn't changed; their quality of service and care, strong as ever. Veterans and service members don't shop anywhere else!

The best local wine store ever. The owner is always there and is all about customer satisfaction. The service to check out is fast and always staffed with enough employees
To handle busy times. The store manager Michelle is very nice and is always on top of her inventory. Prices arare very much inline with the big outlet stores. I get military discount plus they have senior discount also .

They were terrific to work with for a large order. Because my daughter was getting married out of town I was making up welcome bags and wanted to put wine in each bag. Spoke with the manager and he was terrific with helping me choose and giving me a large quantity discount. Thank you very much. My business will continue to go to the Personal Wine Cellar
