I was visiting Athens, Ohio and picked up nails in my front and rear tires in a parking lot. I was referred to Mr. Tire and they got my tires patched and got me up and running in a very reasonable amount of time and I thought the repair bill was also quite reasonable

Both rear tires had picked up screws. I needed to get to a medical appointment in Columbus and they brought me right in. Very nice and rotated the tires for free while checking the other 2 for issues.

We had our power steering go out in athens ohio on a trip from Mississippi. Everyone at mr. Tire in athens did a great job and were really helpful and courteous. We made it home safely thanks to them.

I highly recommend Mr. Tire. They're very nice and their work is excellent. Their work is done in a timely manner.

Friendly, professional, and thorough - these folks have helped us with repairs and maintenance for our nonprofit organization's vehicles and have always been great about working with our schedule and insurance and answering all of our questions. Amanda is incredibly helpful and kind, and even said we should reach out to them when we need volunteers. A good shop and good neighbors.

Amanda is wonderful! I needed a lot of work on my late model Nissan Murano. She was very kind and willing to work with me within my budget. She spoke with my old mechanic that's in another state to make sure I wasn't paying for maintenance that I didn't need.

THE BEST service in town! The front office staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered, and the service staff have always explained to me any (re)calibrations made to my vehicle.

They were WONDERFUL! Amanda answered my call and got me right in. Came in for my wipers and it ended up just being a loose screw. They didn’t even charge me for it and still did a full check on everything else. I can’t say enough how fantastic they are here. Best auto spot in Athens!

Came to OU to see our son and his car needed a repair to one of the tires. Mr Tire took care of the issue - minor leak in valve - and provided full analysis of all 4 tires. Customer service was excellent and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend for tire care and oil changes!!

Staff was very helpful making sure I was aware of and got the services I needed. They were very transparent about pricing through the whole process. They were very knowledgeable about car issues and services with myself and the other customers in the shop.

As someone who obviously has no knowledge about cars, I’ve been taken advantage of by auto shops before. However, that was not the case with this location. They’re handling business during the pandemic very well. Even the chairs in the waiting room are arranged to promote safety! They were pretty busy when I went in, but they handled it really well. They did a thorough inspection and did not pressure me to fix everything at once. That means a lot to me because I don’t usually have the money to fix a lot of things at once. The prices are definitely fair. I didn’t feel any judgement, either. Hazel was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience!

I came in as a "walk-in" because my tire had a slow leak. Ms. Hazel was so accommodating and pleasant and got me right in! I waited less than an hour for them to find what was wrong and fix my tire! So happy with the service I received! I will definitely be back and will recommend them in the future! Thank you!

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I came in off the highway needing four trailer tires as I had a blowout in one so I wanted to replace them all. They had one in stock but within no time went and picked up three more. They installed them in no time and I was back on the road. Good people who do a nice job. They are polite and care about the customer.

Thank you for a polite, prompt, and professional fix! I stopped in to have a rattling noise checked out. The issue was identified immediately and fixed with minimal waiting and no hassle. Great service!

The Staff was super friendly & professional. The Pricing was great which also went alongside with the great quality service. I had my moms car aligned & bought new tires. There was a couple of studs they replaced for free just because we bought new tires from them. This shop has set an example of what it means to be a great business, I will be going back to have future work completed.

Relatively new to Athens and was excited to get this recommendation from a fellow colleague. Did not have the time to drive to Columbus to go to Sam's Club for tires so relieved to know there is a dependable place for tires and general car maintenance work right here in Athens. Amanda provided great customer service and I even get another alignment in 4 months or 4000 miles as part of the coverage. Tires are awesome!! So glad to get new tires and have the peace of mind that comes with that! Thanks Mr. Tire!!

I stopped by unannounced with a flat tire. They took it back right away and had it repaired almost before I sat down in the waiting room. The ladies up front were very helpful and the tech loaded the tire and was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience here:-).

Went to Athens Mr Tire totally unexpectedly. The girls Amanda and Hazel were great. They are polite and knowledgeable and got me taken care if right away. Amanda went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. I would recommend this place to everyone!
