Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Excellent good, and great service. The burgers were freshly made, and steak fries were delicious. It was my first time at Red Robin, and I will definitely come back again.

The ideal place to go skiing and snow tubing in the Lake George area. They have ski classes, food on premises and a restaurant also. Snowtubing is in 2 hour blocks and there are two choices; half way or full. Lots of fun, organized and the employees are very helpful.

First waitress we had wasn't the nicest. She was very pushy & blunt. Hey sissy ended and we received a new waitress. She was WONDERFUL! Good was great! Music was a bit loud.

Amazing service. Great food and drinks. Are always kind to my day program and family when we visit. :-)

I give the day we went, 5 stars. We didn't have to wait for a table. We were greeted by our waiter within minutes of sitting down. The food was what was expected, and our waiter was very attentive. Overall a great experience.

Loved seeing Owen greeting us at the door. All the staff at the Red Robin are top notch, very attentive! Don from the kitchen is super attentive. Will return frequently!

Excellent burgers. We are from Montréal and on our way back from NY we stopped there for diner. Excellent service and the burgers were so good as well as the fries. This will become our pit stop.

Food here tastes amazing!!!!! One of the waitress named Alexis went out of her way to make my visit very nice and welcoming always checking in every couple minutes of my stay seeing how was the food and if I needed anything else, she also helped me choose what food to get after giving her ideas of what kind of food I like to have for lunch! In the end I ended up getting the crispy chicken sandwich with the side of steak fries and the twisted mozzarella sticks and let me tell you those were AMAZING!!!! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

Ordered the BBQ chicken wrap. It was SOOO good! I didn't catch the name of our waitress but she was great as well. She was always cleaning tables or decorations when not busy. Anytime she went by anyone's table you could see her looking for dishes to be taken or drinks to be refilled. She went above and beyond for guest service. I'd definitely stop in again! We had a great time!

The monster burger was a savory lunch and our waitress was down to clown. Incredible experience and we plan to come back next time we drive through town.

Food and service was exactly as expected. I would definitely come back here. Wouldn't hesitate to bring kids as well.

Liz is an excellent bartender and server. She gave us great service, we were never without food and drinks. Tasty visit at Red Robin today.

Wait staff was great today- attentive and prompt.. everything was excellent!

-NE Clam Chowder (phenomenal!)
-Tavern Burger w/Whiskey River BBQ sauce (I forget the name of it!) was tasty..
-And of all things, bottomless zucchini fries (??) unexpectedly awesome!!

This is a great place to bring your friends and family. I enjoyed the Gourmet Burger and they even give seconds on fries. I had sweet potato fries. Great service, Fun atmosphere.
