3/1/24 on my Birthday I was involved in a accident in New York City it took a month for Mohawk of get my car in but I was willing to wait I wasn’t going to nobody else when I say they did a fantastic job on my car that is not a understatement! They repair it basically brand new again they also DETAILED the inside of my car and outside it looks like I never got into a accident it took a little over a month but it was worth the wait I want to give a thanks to the whole collision team for working with my insurance and a special Shoutout to Brandon he kept me updated on my car and as a whole They made sure everything was fixed the right time they got a customer for life THANK YOU MOHAWK!!!

I first brought my car to Mohawk Honda Collision Center to get PPF installed and unfortunately had some issues that needed to get resolved. Gerry and the Xpel team fixed my car to above and beyond expectations. As someone who used to install film, I can say they did a phenomenal job and took great care of my car! Thank you Xpel team!

10/10. Extreme attention to detail and above and beyond service. Couldn’t ask for much more with the paintwork, great job! I am extremely OCD about my car and have done a lot of detailing, paint correction and overall look at paint with a fine tooth comb. I’m impressed to say the least, I’m 10/10 picky and they delivered a 10/10 service. The cars they work on show the level on competence and you should be confident leaving your vehicle with Mohawk. The folks at Mohawk treated my xpel and Ceramic Coating on my Porsche 911 as if it were their own car. Very detailed, excellent communications and many pics, videos etc throughout the process. Highly recommended!!

Mohawk Collision Center was amazing. I have a Rivian and it was no small feat to get the car fixed. From the day I brought it in the process went seamlessly and I was kept updated regularly. When I had questions they had answers. There were no surprises. Just courteous and professional service from start to finish. When the car was ready to be picked up it was perfect! Gerry, manager of the Mohawk Collision Center, installed an Xpel wrap on the front of my Corvette. He did an excellent job and was very detail oriented. Mohawk Collision Center is the only certified Xpel installer in the area. They have been wrapping many exotic cars recently and have clientele from New York City and other areas where there are a number of different installers. They are developing a great reputation among Xpel installers. The collision center and the Xpel products are both excellent.

Update Aril 2024: I purchased a 2019 Corvette ZR1 and took it to Mohawk Collision Center for paint correction, full Xpel and ceramic coating. There are many more options for Xpel since they wrapped my previous Corvette but I feel they are still the best in the area. The crew at MCC did an amazing job with great attention to detail. These guys will not disappoint. Make sure to give Gerry or Victoria a call if you need any of these services. They will give you a free estimate and answer all of your questions.

Whacked a gigantic raccoon back in early December with my Honda CRV. Vehicle was new to me, hadn't even made my third payment. I held out for almost two full months to have my vehicle repaired at Mohawk Collision Center....and so glad I did!! They helped line up my rental vehicle (had it there at the shop for me the day I dropped my CRV off) and they allowed me to drop the rental back off there when my CRV work was complete. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my repairs but Jim Monroe also went the extra mile with my insurance company to make sure all repairs were completed as they should be. It was a seamless process from getting an estimate until picking up my repaired vehicle. Communication was excellent. And the detailing of my car was amazing. It was as clean and shiny as the day I bought it brand new!

The associates at the collision center are phenomenal!! Always kept me updated, very personal, friendly, and accommodating! My car not only needed body work from an accident I was in, it also need an inspection, oil change, and a tire rotation, and the great peeps at the collision center brought it down to the service center and had that done for me too! Got my car back today it’s like BRAND NEW! They even cleaned the inside of it! This crew is amazing!

My elderly parents had an unfortunate accident and crashed their SUV. I reached out to Mohawk Collision as I have personally used them for a repair on my own vehicle in 2017. Everyone I spoke with both in person and over the phone were very professional, courteous and caring . Jim was my assigned estimator and he was very efficient and informative with his estimating and correspondence with both me and my father. Jim explained the process every step of the way and made sure we understood our options and were comfortable with the process.
I am quite impressed with Mohawk Collison and if ever needed again I will be back and will for sure refer family and friends.

I had my Honda 2020 CRV repaired there. They not only did a magnificent job but they gave it a beautiful outstanding detailing job. My car looks like it just came off the showcase! These people are awesome and so very friendly. They keep in touch letting u know exactly where they are at with the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. Andy the manager is also exceptional!

Jim was amazing, he called with updates and answered questions regarding issues with my insurance. He always remained positive. The ladies at the front desk were personable, helpful and handled my questions with ease. Picking up my car was so easy and those who worked on my car did an amazing job. She looked as if she was new!

The team worked great on my car and got it completed as needed. It looks perfect. Everyone was great and worked w/me to get my car done as quickly as possible. They ended up doing more than they thought. Good job! The only thing I disagree w/was the Covid clean up job which I'm sure Corp. added that to make more money. It would of had to b cleaned up anyways.......$25. Again Thank you......

They are professional, honest, and extremely meticulous with their repairs. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They only use OEM parts. Just a wonderful experience.

Honda Collision Center did a fantastic job getting my car back up to it's beautiful working order after the crash. The before and after photos only give a hint of how great their craftmanship is. You cannot tell that parts were traded in for other parts. You cannot tell that they took time to paint any part of this car. It all blends in perfectly and it works like new. Furthermore they left the inside of the car significantly cleaner than when I dropped it off.

In the interest of full honesty there is one place they could do with improvement; communication. I was originally told that if everything was in order the repairs would take two weeks. At the two week mark I called hoping it was ready, and they said it would be another week. At that time I called again and then they said it was another week. Each phone call they had to go and ask the person working directly on the car, leaving me on hold or offering to call me back later. It made scheduling alternative methods of transportation harder since I kept hoping that it would be done, only to find out that it was delayed. It would have been nice if they called me with the updates, and if they had some of the info on hand for the current status of the car. That all being said, I didn't think their communication was bad enough to dock a star.

I'll leave off with an additional note about their attention to detail. At the end they were running a battery of tests to make sure that the car was fully functioning. The pressure test for my brake lines failed. Upon further inspection they found a micro-fracture in the break fluid line and replaced the line right away. While it took extra time for me to get my car it's absolutely better to not have to take the car back for additional repairs. Since the service was completed my car has looked wonderful and operated smoothly.

I would absolutely take my car back here again, and recommend it to my family and friends.
