Excellent job keeping our elderly furnace running for another winter. Kevin took the time to finesse rusted valves and hunted down the pressure valve replacement we needed. Highly recommend!

I called in to get a quote for a new boiler. He came during his timeframe and made sure I was aware that that my boiler wasn't super old and was surprised I wasn't getting it fixed. He gave me multiple options and made me feel he had my best interests and not just the bottom line. Though I will say they are the most expensive out of the 5 quotes I got.

Robert White was very professional and reviewed all of my options for the repair work in detail. He was quick and accurate making the repairs and left the area clean. I would rank him 5+.

Steve was very thorough and explained all options for annual maintenance. Steve also identified possible issues that may need repairs or replacement in the future. We are very happy that Steve was our technician.

Our technician Ed was very professional, respectful and hard working. He was able to diagnose the problem with the boiler water level control function and and resolve that.
He also was able to temporarily patch a pinhole leak in a copper pipe that contributed to the water level issue. A follow up on that issue was scheduled.

After having a grease fire in our kitchen our central AC system went. Scheduling and service with these guys was by far the easiest part of the crisis. We’ll be using them to replace our heating system. They’ll be our only call for all things moving forward for both our home and businesses.

My technician Sean was extremely thorough and helpful. He walked me through everything he was doing and provided detailed explanations to help me understand the work and his major concerns. He was able to resolve the issue and provided preventative measures to help prevent future issues from occurring. Considering the unfortunate situation he made the experience very positive.

A.Johnson service technicians have been reliable, thorough, and attentive. They also don’t push selling you things. We have been a customer over 4 seasons now. They are constantly improving how they communicate to their patrons. I like that they text you a picture of the technician who will be stopping by, years of experience, and a little bio is a nice touch. Receiving a call from the technician themselves letting you exact time of arrival is extremely helpful.

We recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed in our home that we've lived in for thirteen years. We found A Johnson from a google search and were skeptical at first since we'd never heard of them. After doing some research online and reading several reviews we decided to give them a call for an estimate. After getting estimates from four different companies we chose them because the energy efficiency of the products seemed better and for a comparable price to others. They completed all the work in two long days. They were here promptly each morning and stayed until 5 the first day and didn't leave until the job was done around 7 p.m. the next day. They were polite and mindful of the inside stairs by laying down tarp. Brandon thoroughly explained the high tech thermostat and helped to program it. We would recommend using this company and we will definitely be using them next time we have a plumbing, heating or air conditioning need.

Thad was my service technician. He was prompt in arrival, wore a mask with COVID, and took the time to listen to my issues. He spent several hours with me to determine the source of the hot water issues I was having. He made multiple phone calls to determine if my system would be compatible with the nest thermostat and what was needed to make it compatible. He was friendly with my dogs. I didn't feel like my questions were too dumb because he took time to answer me with patience. And when I had an issue later, he addressed it promptly.
It's the customer care and service that makes companies stand apart from others. And that's why I'll continue to do business with A Johnson.

Couldn't be happier with the services from A Johnson. Brandon and Austin were great. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job on our new tankless water heater. Even got an upgraded system at no extra cost. They got the job done in a timely manner and I would recommend them for any heating cooling or plumbing jobs.

Mike was amazing the way he continued to try everything he knew to fix our A/C problem. He just never gave up and we so appreciate the dedication and aspiring to excellence. It’s cooling down as I write this.
