Purchased a car from Joe in 2017. Excellent customer service, ample test drive provided and superior follow-up on a couple issues to complete the sale. Joe is straightforward and matter-of-fact, NO lies or omissions when considering the vehicle and he did exactly what he said he would to complete the sale in a timely fashion. I have returned to him numerous times for repairs on my other cars and have always received a good value & quality workmanship from his top-notch technician John.
Over a year and I did not HAVE to put a dime in the car he sold me!
Recommended! A+!

Didn't respond to my email. Went on site and asked for financing options, they told me they would get back to me the next day. It's been almost two weeks with no response.

They had it for a week after buying the vehicle when initial promise was a day or two. Although they did put a lot of money in to new economy tires and partial brakes replacement the "new" exhaust manifolds that took so long to put on were obviously not new based on the level of surface rust although they were in better condition than the broken ones that were originally on the vehicle, when I'm told "new" I expect new not salvage yard replacements. When replacing the water pump they cracked the radiator right at the base of where one of the tubes had to be removed during the water pump replacement and instead of replacing it they just put epoxy on the crack and didn't disclose the issue to me, I found this out when I jacked up the vehicle to do an oil change and coolant leaked onto the ground next to me. As soon as I got home the low oil pressure light came on, upon investigation I found that the oil was nasty and they had not changed the oil as promised in the initial encounter and I had to do it myself on my dime, reason for the light is still unknown and going through troubleshooting, also on my dime was a $50 tire balancing that was not done when the tires were installed because their balancing machine was broken, the one and only key that was supplied had to be replaced by myself on my dime and programmed by a local dealer because it had been so crushed that the insides of the FOB were shattered. (They did disclose prior to sale that they were not going to do anything with fixing the key FOB), Moon roof is letting in a lot of air when going down the road, but does not let in water (troubleshooting has not begun on this issue as we have had rain since vehicle was picked up and don't want to get stuck with an open moon roof.) Trunk struts do not keep trunk door open and will need to be replaced on my dime. All of this is completely fixable and I'm lucky that I am mechanically inclined enough to take care of it all, but when you are told that you're dealing with a straight shooter, the vehicle will have a full inspection and anything that is wrong will be fixed, and that you are getting new parts to find out that only some were new, and that things were hidden that obviously couldn't have been overlooked, it's a frustrating gig. I will note that I did not alert the dealership to any of the issues I've had since picking up the vehicle as I would rather do the work myself after the trust in their word and their work has been lost. My point being in all of this, if you aren't mechanically capable, or even if you are, you might want to keep searching for the right rig beyond this point. I understand that the vehicle was a 2005, but when you pay $7000 for a vehicle and a bunch of promises you expect more than what happened here.

UPDATE 7/7/17
Just got back from a proper Jeep dealer, they informed me that the exhaust manifolds that had been the reason they kept my Jeep for a week after purchasing were actually never replaced as Joe had said, and that they are warped, needing to be replaced. $950.
The shaking and bucking was diagnosed as a bad torque converter which is apparently common on these Jeeps, $1100.
I also replaced the spark plugs last week which should have been checked during the "tune up" I was promised...They were the original factory plugs and were so unbelievably worn that I can't believe the vehicle ran.

BE CAREFUL SIGNING THE AS IS AND NY LEMON LAW FORMS WITH THIS GUY. I'VE NEVER BEEN LIED TO MORE IN MY LIFE!!!! ANY NOW I'M SCREWED!!

I've been purchasing goods and services for 35+ years. Never have I experienced worse customer . Joe has absolutely zero interest in getting my vehicle back to me after a needed repair. Purchased five weeks ago. He's had it for the last four. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Went there and liked the truck there were issues like the tail pipe rotted clean off muffler, seat ripped with a big piece of tape on it, dry rotted tires, rusted out turbo, a little more blow by then expected and a light on of a gas tank with water drops around it. When I pointed out things it was like he didn't want to hear it. of course he wanted to sell it so I was told the exhaust would be fixed and it would be inspected. I asked about the gas tank water drop light and was told "it needs the diesel fuel additive". At the time it made since and I never saw that light before. We make a deal and I go to the bank to get the money when something tells me to look up the light. Turns out the light is for water in the gas or diesel in this case. That is fixable blow out whatever fuel is in the system fix where water is getting in done. Did not like the fact I was lied to about that so I just never went back because now I don't trust a word he said. Every time I pointed something out he either acted like it was nothing or he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Don't go there unless you know about mechanics and if you have a bad feeling listen to it.
