My first time there was very positive. The front desk staff were welcoming, the dental hygienist was gentle but thorough, and the doctor was cordial and competent. It's a stress-free environment. Warmly recommended. You'll be glad you chose this office. Go every six months - never put it off! Your teeth are a terrible thing to waste.

I needed a problem visit and they got me in quickly without even being an established patient. Dr. Felpo was thorough, communicative and gentle. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

First time patient at this facility. Overall first impression is a very positive one. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I truly hope that this will continue and that it’s the last time I have to look for a new dentist. It can be a very “scary “ thing changing your care into another dentist and them telling you that you need this and that ( which always translates into money out of your pocket). So far so good. I’d definitely recommend them

I just went for my bi-annual cleaning. My hygienist Megan is truly amazing! Also any time I’ve needed any work done, Dr. Ruckert has been fabulous. Funny and comforting. All staff are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this office!

Dr. Ruckert is the absolute best! He is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. (And funny.) He takes his time and makes sure you know all the options for your treatment. Murad (hygienist) is also excellent. The whole office has a great vibe, including the women at the front desk. I highly recommend Clifton Park Family Dentistry!

The receptionists, dental assistants, and the dentist were all so incredibly friendly. They are always so quick when working and I love the energy that the entire office gives off. I’ve recommended all my friends and family to this practice and they’re all satisfied too :)

Let’s be honest, who likes going to the dentist? Not me! But Dr Ruckert makes the appointments as pleasant and comical as a dental appointment can be. I had previously been told by another’s dentist I needed thousands of dollars of work done. Dr Ruckert showed me my imaging and explained what really needed to be done and why which was very little work. He gained my trust at that point. The staff is truly welcoming. It’s a very easy going atmosphere and you can tell the staff genuinely likes working together. You can hear the giggling between coworkers which is a comforting feeling when you’re about to have a pair of them working together on your mouth. :)

Visited CP Family Dentistry for the first time for a routine appointment-X-rays, cleaning, etc. Linda was my hygienist and she is the best! No pain and ALL gain! My teeth look and feel great and she’s careful not to make you uncomfortable! I highly recommend!

Meg, my dental hygienist is the best. I have a few sensitive areas and she definitely handles those areas w care. Plus she sings while cleaning my teeth (she has a good singing voice), so that’s a plus. She deserves a raise. Oh and bring the dog’s back!

Dr. Ruckert is the BEST! I came in with a serious infection and cavity in my molar. He created a play for treatment which consisted if my tooth being removed. He took my molar out AND my wisdom tooth with just numbing medicine . He did such a great job that I had no pain, discomfort or swelling the next day. I was healed in a week. I highly recommend Clifton Park Family Dentistry!

Everyone I have interacted with is so nice, friendly, and I've even had some laughs! I had to have an emergency root canal recently and literally showed up crying in pain and came out of it having a good experience. That's saying something.

Everyone at the office is so lovely! I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and everyone makes you feel very welcome and comfortable from the front desk, to the dental assistants and Dr. Felpo. I’m so glad I found this office!

I absolutely love this place! Dr. Ruckert has made me feel comfortable going there - something I never thought would happen when going to the dentist. I just had a cleaning with Joelle yesterday and she was fantastic. She was patient and gentle with me and super friendly.
I am so comfortable with this place, that when my insurance changed and they no longer take my insurance- I pay out of pocket with their plan.

I can’t say enough about the staff at Clifton Park Family Dentistry. They are all wonderful. The hygienist I had today was Megan. She is exceptional. Megan is friendly, thorough and very gentle. She made my dentist visit enjoyable and I don’t think I have ever said that before!

Let's face it no one likes to go to the dentist but this office changes the experience from the time you walk in greeted by such an amazing friendly staff welcoming you with nothing but smiles. From the moment I arrived to leaving was such a warm comfort feeling. Dr Cavanaugh and his assistant were also top notch. I would highly recommend you trying this outstanding practice it definitely makes me want to go to the dentist more. Thank you to everyone for making me feel so comfortable!!
