Brittany is the best! Second knee replacement and the first being in 2011 and not the best experience . This time was so much better and PT is such a huge part of the healing and success . The encouragement and setting of goals Brittany had made it achievable.

Being going to therapy for two weeks. My therapist, Hanna is great.
She is professional, very informative and supportive toward my recovery. She provides me with a personalize program that I can utilize at home.

I love the atmosphere there. Even when it's busy they're super accommodating. I work with Hannah and she is very nice to everyone and has a great work ethic. So far with time and help I'm healing and feeling stronger again.

Excellent care and attention to detail. The staff and trainers are the best- so knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience working with everyone in this office. Highly recommend!

I had a shoulder replacement in September 2022. My surgeon recommended that I go to Sam Arnold at the Clifton Park office. Sam guided me through the process of healing and strengthening my shoulder. Also Steve and Brittany were great and Meg was very on top of patient scheduling. I would highly recommend the Clifton Park Thomas Nicolla office.

I can't say enough about Thomas Nicolla PT in Clifton Park. I wouldn't be where I am with my rehab for my TKR if it weren't for them. All of the staff here is great, but I mostly work with Steve. He is professional and very experienced at what he does. I like how he knows when to push me enough and introduce new workouts at a pace that works for me which has been instrumental in my recovery. Would highly recommend to anyone needing PT.

Went to the Thomas Nicola Physical Therapy Clifton Park Office for post surgery on torn meniscus repair for 4 weeks. Initially evaluated by Courtney followed by Steve for the remaining 3 1/2 weeks. Very happy with the PT services rendered. Highly recommend them! Steve was very good with providing appropriate exercises and was very sensitive to my progress. He and Courtney both provided me with a home program and encouraged me to stay on top of the home activities. Office staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up my appointments. Reminders via text was also helpful in reminding me of my appointments. Definitely recommend this office and staff for your PT needs.

I have been going to Thomas Nicolla for about a year now. I have been a competitive gymnast for the past 12 years and ended up getting a bunionectomy at age 14. My pt Sam is extremely encouraging as well as kind. She is motivated to get me back to my gymnastics career throughout high school and hopefully college. All though the time I have spent with Sam has not been to long I have made incredible progress. Not only does she help me with my foot she finds every little detail that may be contributing to my pain and makes sure to help the issue. Loren, Courtney, and Steve all give me pointers on my form to ensure I’m correctly doing my exercises to allow me to best benefit from my treatment. The receptionists Megan and Lydia also make sure my appointments accommodate perfectly to my schedule. The clinic is a very positive and friendly environment!

I have had a wonderful experience working with Sam Arnold at Thomas Nicolla Physical Therapy for more than six months now for my post ACL surgery rehabilitation. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and provides a customized therapy plan for each of her patients. The other therapists at the Clifton Park location, Loren and Courtney, are also pleasant, always greet everyone by name, and help to create a welcoming environment alongside Sam. They all work together very well and cover for each other when needed. The practice is also flexible in scheduling appointments and Megan at the front desk is very patient and helpful. I have started taking my son there for sports related injuries as well and would recommend any one of the therapists at the Clifton Park location.

I have been going to Thomas Nicolla in Clifton Park for almost 2 years. I first came for strength training before my hip replacement. I started seeing Sam. She truly took her time with me. She explained what muscles needed to be strengthened for this surgery.

Fast forward to my surgery. I’m now 11 weeks post op. I was very nervous to start PT. Coming back they were so welcoming. They assured me with all of my concerns to trust their plan and I did.

The staff makes it so worth it. From the moment you come through the door Megan greets you. I have now seen every therapist. Loren, Courtney, Steve, and Sam are terrific. They truly care. I can’t say enough about them.

I have been going to Thomas Nicolla physical therapy for around 5 years for various injuries. The team is so dedicated to help you recover, bouncing ideas of each other to make sure you have a fast recovery. The treatment I have received from Sam and Loren helped me get the strength back that I needed! Always truly evaluating where my progress is and what still needs to be done. My favorite part is how flexible they are. Megan at the front desk always makes sure that my appointments work into my schedule and get me in when I need!

Had a great experience at Thomas Nicola Physical Therapy Associates. My therapist Samantha Arnold was very knowledgeable and challenged me to do my best so that I would experience the best results. She was always able to answer my questions and explain the reason I was doing the exercises as well as explain proper form and it’s importance in my progress. The entire staff is friendly and encouraging.

I would highly recommend the Clifton Park Thomas Nicolla Physical Therapy office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. From my cervical radiculopathy from a pinched nerve in my cervical spine, I had a lot of nerve pain in my left shoulder blade, shoulder, and left upper arm. I was assigned to Loren who was very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what therapy I needed to resolve my issue. After about 3 weeks of working with him on all the exercises, I was symptom free and able to stop PT. I am very pleased with Loren and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs PT.

On behalf of my dad (Lance), the whole team of therapists were fantastic and very helpful throughout his two knee surgeries. He attended every week from November 2020-August 2021. He truly believes his recovery was because of their efforts and ability to support and motivate him throughout the entire time he was there. They imparted a lot of knowledge about the recovery process and he sends each of you a big thank you. I just wanted to come on here and say I had surgery on my ankle due to a car accident I was in. It has been very hard, but I finally have hope thanks to Sam. Before PT, I couldn’t do much. However, my ankle has gotten stronger and more stable from the exercises she has instructed me to do. It is easy to see that Sam is in this profession to help people and I know I am in the right hands. If you’re debating on where to go, don’t search any further and come here!

A MUST PLACE FOR PT! I’ve had 12 knee surgeries, an ankle broken in 2 places and 2 surgeries, as well as 2 hip surgeries. I’ve been to several PT places but this PT location is the best BY FAR that I’ve ever been to which says a lot. I’ve spent literally years in PT and I’ve never seen any place even match the professionalism and dedication provided at Thomas Nicola PT! Do yourself a favor and go here. From an expert at PT.

From the time I walked in the door and Stephanie signed me up to the time I met Samantha my therapist, I knew I came to the right place. Samantha is the best. She has more than met my needs. I was a patient at Thomas Nicolla Physical Therapy of Clifton Park for months and only have wonderful things to say regarding the therapy team and receptionist! They all were exceptional and helped me beyond anything I could have imagined! Since I myself have worked as an RN for over 40 plus years, I can assess medical environments quite accurately, and this team surpassed all expectations! My primary PT was Courtney Strait and she worked with me three times a week for months before and after my total knee replacement (as well as other orthopedic issues)---she was very kind and patient with me but also intuitively knew when I needed more encouragement----she was a great teacher, too, and worked with me to get my knee flexion and extension to a point I never imagined possible! The other therapists, Samantha and Loren were, also, just so great with their patients and with me! I have told everyone I meet that your PT office is the BEST and MOST THERAPEUTIC group around! Even Meghan, their secretary and receptionist, was always a joy to greet me at every appointment! Everyone helped each other to make the patients as comfortable as possible!
