I called Duell Plumbing & Heating when my hot water tank started leaking. They responded immediately. Their estimate was very reasonable. They took the time to answer all my questions. Steve, who installed the new hot water tank was very professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. It was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Duell for all your plumbing needs.

These guys fixed my plumbing issue with very little notice. I had a plumbing problem and I called a few companies that could not fix it in short notice. Duell Plumbing and Heating was able to come and get it taken care of within a couple of hours. There rates were very reasonable and they were very professional. Highly recomend Duell.

Preparing to sell our house, we needed some of the pipes replaced . Steve did a great job, left the areas cleaned up, answered any questions I may have had & in general was very professional. This is not the first time I've called them. About 2 yrs. ago we had 2 Kohler toilets installed. Talk about professional. I never met any plumber who was more passionate about Plumbing then Nate. He & Corey(I think) had the job done in no time at all. They have also replaced Sump pumps for us. I have passed their name on to the new owners of our home. Hope they call on them as needed.

We have relied on Duell for the past few years. As our house is aging (50+ years), plumbing needs some TLC! Duell's is our go-to plumber. They are always on time, give us a written estimate before starting, work is great, and they are friendly and neat! Over the years we have had some unpleasant experiences with plumbers. Glad to put that behind us, and just call Duell.

Appointments were honored completely and the plumber truly cared that the needed work be done well. The boiler/furnace presented some ticklish issues which were resolved.

I have had several jobs done by Duell Plumbing & Heating . I always had very good experiences with them . From heating to toilet to pipes for lawn hoses. Always experience the fast response ,always on time (if they say a time they are there )the quality and value are excellent and yes after all that they are Professional . I had a situation with my drains had Jared he was educational and very understanding and over yall a great experience. 5 stars great customer service from office to tech.

Nate and Sam helped to rebuild piping in our master bath. They were very professional, efficient, and kept us informed through the entire process. They were also really great with my large dogs which was a big bonus. I was a new customer and they made it such an easy process for a pretty stressful situation. We will definitely call again. We have used Duell several times now for various plumbing services and I can not begin to describe how amazing the service is. They always get out here quickly, are extremely professional, and just all around do great work. Duell Plumbing and Heating came and fixed my kitchen sink drain. It works awesome now.
They also installed a new water main from my house out into the main in the road, and moved my outside faucet to a different location. This was a big job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They came in a timely manner and always got back to me when I had questions. Reasonable rates.

Duell came out in a snow storm to help me with my hot water heater. They were quick, professional and honest. I appreciate that they were transparent about billing which was very affordable. They also gave me a free estimated and offered helpful information on my hot water tank. They were efficient and effective and they did ok their time to make sure they addressed all of my questions. My issue popped up late on a Sunday and they were the first one to call me Monday morning and offered to tackle my plumbing issue head on. Dan was terrific and while he worked independently, he made sure to bring me up to speed, walk me thru the issues, share his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend.

I called Duell Plumbing & Heating for help with an unexpected shower leak that was dripping through the ceiling. They returned my call quickly and were able to work around my schedule to have a team out first thing the following morning. Nate and his crew arrived early and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. When I asked about updating my double-handled shower to a single handle, Nate explained the process and provided a quick estimate on the spot. Thinking I would have to schedule another appointment, I was impressed when Nate and his team said they could complete the upgrade that same day. I jumped on the offer, and the job was completed flawlessly in an efficient manner. Duell Plumbing & Heating surpassed my expectations, and I could not be happier with the end results. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!

Fixed leak that sprung below the shut off valve. Service was quick and still seems to be all working well. Given this is an old house, I have no doubt I will need to call for service again sometime and consider this company a reliable place to call.

Very happy with my purchase and experience with Team Duell.. Nate was on time Friday to investigate the issue with my hot water heater in the basement. Then we scheduled to replace it on Monday when two more team members arrived during the scheduled time with the replacement. Very professional and informative during replacing the hot water heater and answered all my questions.. And remove the old one as part of the installation.. Thank you so much Rick Duell and staff. You get my 5 stars.
