The Factory Eatery & Spirits

Placed my order over the phone as soon as the restaurant opened for a pickup 40 minutes later, and when I got there everything was ready and waiting for me. The server I did interact with was very friendly and courteous, and genuinely seemed happy to be there which had me leaving with a smile.

When I got home and opened everything up it all looked so good, with my order of the Warm Soft Pretzels with the Beer Cheese and Beer Mustard dips and the Grilled Southwest Chicken Breast Sandwich with Onion Rings just calling out to me to dig into them.

Started with the Pretzels and my only complaint is that they were too salty. The cheese dip was superb and while I'm not much of a Mustard guy I was happy with that as well, but the Pretzels themselves had a tad too much salt. Alone they are already on the salty side, but then on top of that they have sea salt sprinkled on them. Easy enough to brush the sea salt off, but leave it on hit the senses too hard.

Now the sandwich was a whole different ballgame. As a spice mouse I was not prepared for just how spicy this was going to be, but even with my mouth burning and my stomach angry, the sandwich was delicious and cooked to perfection. And those onion rings, oh my goodness, perfection. The texture, the flavor, the amount, chef's kiss.

A lovely dinner was had and I think I'll be coming back in the future sometime, if for nothing else than those onion rings.

Food was delicious and super large portions, excellent place to eat! Definitely needed a doggie bag for the rest!

Stopped in for a glass of wine and a quick bite before a wake. The haddock was tasty and Amy poured me a nice, generous glass of Riesling.

Other than parking being an issue, my experience was great!

Went with family to celebrate an anniversary. No two orders were the same, yet every one remarked how much they enjoyed their food.

Our Server was fantastic. She was very attentive and friendly. She has a great sense of humor. I'm sorry that I can't remember her name.

We tried a handful of items and loved it all, absolutely phenomenal!
Kayla 10/10 deserves a raise! She was beyond delightful and extremely helpful. She was smiles and cheer the whole night, an absolute angel!

We made a reservation for 22 people ( ages 1 1/2 to 60’s) and the service was excellent. They served the children early and were very tolerant of us walking around to visit with each other. We come here every November to celebrate a double birthday!

Very nice bar and restaurant. The staff have always been super nice and the food comes out quick. They have a large selection of drinks on tap and their food is good also. I'll get the nachos and split them since they're big enough to feed 4 people. I've never been there at night but it seems like a pretty quiet calm bar scene. There is a cute outdoor space with tables and chairs. If you're in the Balston Spa area be sure not to over look this place!

LOVED the aesthetic inside and out. Smart to have it attached to firm businesses with a courtyard between all of them. menu was jam packed with heartiness; some flare items with variety palette, traditional with twists for sandwiches especially. OH get the chili if it comes with the meal. Just AMAZING food AND bang for the buck!!!! Great execution of service and friendly too!!! Cannot wait to go back ☺☺☺

Great place. Football games on every screen and their fireplace was gorgeous. Food was excellent and the bartender was very nice. I will be back to try more of their delicious menu.

Our 2nd experience dining here and it was even better than our first! The staff is so warm and welcome, the ambience delightful and the menu selections and food incredible! Can't wait to go back!

Will definitely go there again. Wonderful food,I had the Pumpkin Ravioli. Sweet and savory delicious. The staff were great! And it was cozy yet busy yet wasn't so loud .👍👍👍👍👍

Update: my wife and I visited this restaurant last week. Our meals were incredibly tasty with large portions. Service is great and a fun, casual atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Great place for a casual dinner or just to hang out and have a few drinks. The place is very cozy and inviting. Our appetizers (nachos, fish tacos, quesadillas) were more than enough for our meal! The Guinness was fresh and tasted great. A wonderful experience.

I wish I could travel back in time and let myself know just how much this place impresses me today. Amazing service, Delicious Savory menu that could please most any palate, cozy family friendly atmosphere, craft brews and cleverly mixed drinks. Absolutely our Family's favorite local restaurant !!!!

Our favorite place to go in ballston spa for dinner!!! Very nice place. Lots of seating. Cozy vibes. The food here is delicious and the portions are big for good prices. I recommend their burgers, sandwiches and pasta. Beer is also great here too. Have gone here for special occasions and regular dinners and will continue to do so!

Great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff and delicious food. Plates are plentiful. Not much to choose from for dessert but a birthday celebration cake still was presented beautifully. Very enjoyable experience.

The Factory is a regular spot for us. The food is awesome and reasonably priced. The Cajun Ravioli is one of my favorites. The beer selection is outstanding. They have a big fireplace that is usually going in the winter. The service is always friendly and efficient. Parking is across the street in a public lot that is free. I would recommend calling ahead if you plan to arrive after 5:30 as they get busy.

This was our second visit and this time we brought friends! My wife has already selected her menu choice for our next visit, if that tells you anything! Great menu and prices. Entrees are delicious and wait staff are great!!
