The food is always awesome! Employees/customer service.... Wonderful and Above and beyond!! Every time and pick up food, the staff is friendly and upbeat! My family is filled with members of our local fire department. One day just 5 minutes after ordering takeout, we got a call for the fire department. I called to let them know we may be late picking it up. The young lady that answered the phone told me they would keep them warm or if it was a long time, they would remake them! It ended up being a really long time so I called to cancel the order. They actually refunded my money, although I didn't ask for it as I was prepared to pay as they did make the food, and told me they appreciated my business, were thankful for the fire departments out there and to order again soon! If that's not top-notch customer service, I don't know what is! I hope I don't get anybody in trouble by telling that story, that is not my intention, but that is the way you should do business! Hands down one of my family's favorite places to eat!!

Loved the calzones. They rate pretty high in my book. Very good customer service and delivered to our hotel.

Still one of the best places to go to eat especially late at night when there's nothing else open. Great staff & great food! I hope this place never changes like the rest of Athens has.

I love me a good calzone and this place was a hit for me. The sauce is sooo good. We ordered the family pack which was 4 zones for $20. This is a new fave place for me. We will definitely be back in the near future. Thanks guys/gals

I ordered the tots and two calzones. Wth? You guys these are huge! Stuffed Hot and oozing with flavor and cheeses.

Ordered cheese burger calzone. Probably one of the better I have had. The dough is not thick like some others, and the toppings are very generous. Good spot.

Delicious calzones! A little on the greasy side, but hey, it's meat, cheese and dough - not a salad or anything.

Always a meal I look forward to! We had this when I was in school at Penn State, and it's nice to know the flavor and quality remains the same out in Ohio!

I've been here a few times and every time the food and staff are amazing! They are kind and they always have good music. And it usually take 15-20 mins to make your food. Not super expensive either. Would definitely recommend!

I don't eat there as much as I should but when I do, my order is just the way I ordered it. Nothing is short or not added. The toppings are awesome and fresh. I usually get the Combat Zone and I add stuff to it. Everytime it's spot on. The staff is very friendly and professional. This is my only place to go for a Calzone. 5 stars all day everyday.

What's not to like? A hot crispy delicious calzone...great music on in there...Classic rock and blues, not disco-pop-rap garbage. Will I be going for lunch again? You betcha!!

My only bad experience with D.P dough is when I ordered after a night of drinking and unfortunately fell asleep before the delivery got there. I didn’t get to eat it because the neighbors stole it off the porch so that was extra sad . But that ones on me so y’all get 5 stars.

Have ordered food from here multiple time while on night shift at the hospital, order details will say that delivery might take an hour, however normally food is delivered within 20ish minutes. Both times have ordered a pepperoni calzone and an order of cheese sticks, both have been delicious.

Dp dough is amazing. I love the calzones. The cheesey bread and other options are great too. You can't go wrong offering d.p. dough

Love this place! The calzones are amazing and they have so many different ingredients available you just want to try them all. They're tater tots and dunkers(boneless wings) are also delicious, you really can't go wrong with anything you order. Is a little pricey, but they run specials and deals quite often and the food is well worth it. Not a ton of seating inside, but the staff is always friendly and food has yet to be wrong or taste terrible. Try it, your stomach will thank you.

I have been eating here for a decade and have never been let down with how good the food is. If you are in town you owe it to yourself to get something here.

If you don't know what to order, get the BBQ chicken or if you like spicy foods the "Danger Zone", they are both great and everyone likes one or the other.
